I was so grateful for this service and the opportunity it provided to get my phone repaired. I wish there weren't so many hoops to go through to get reimbursed, but it all worked out well. I was grateful for the service!

I would have given 5 stars but I had to go through hoops to get my phone fixed because I live in a rural town in Texas. In the end Warranty Life came through. I will keep using them.

Overall I'm satisfied with how my warranty claim was handled. Submitting a warranty claim wasn't hard, but it also wasn't intuitive. The response team quickly sent me the correct form to use. After that, submitting my claim was pretty straight forward. The format for how the claim is processed looks like an email thread. It's not bad, but it's not what I expected and looked like a mistake when I first saw it.

My only complaint is how hard it was to figure out how to seek the warranty on your website. Also, the email I got right after I bought the phone was confusing. But once I sent a inquiry via the form on your website, it was a breeze. The people who helped me were wonderful and very helpful.

I just got this screen protector. I like that it cannot come off. The registration process was easy, and I am confident that if anything does happen to my phone during the warranty, it will be an easy process to claim

Well when you sign up for the phone warranty they don't tell you that you get market value price... plus they take money out for a fee of some sort ($50). So I'm glad I got some money back for my refurbished phone but I did not like all the hoops with it. I paid $200 for my phone and got $100 back. But the company answered emails and did come through the with promise of a refund if they couldn't fix it. I just wish I would have at least gotten $150 for a phone that only worked 4 months
