Buyers beware!!! Do not buy this product. I have been trying to get reimbursement for screen protector since March 21 2019. I was denied due to not registering my product. I bought the item in 12/7/18 and registered it on 12/14/18. I sent this company proof of registration of item however they are still denying my claim. This is a game. No customer service number to call and they do not resolve your issue.

They answered everything I sent Right away and after I provided everything that was needed I got My $200 reimbursement in less than a week.

Absolutely the worst! This company is garbage, they have a poor customer support system, no phone number to call with questions? Lame! Will never use this company again for anything. I have been waiting on reimbursement for several weeks now. Total bs. Fix yourself please stop ripping off hard working Americans!

A company designed to take advantage of you, made worse by their customer service. I left multiple messages that were never returned, and some that were returned after days. For them to actually cover your phone you have to register your product in their app which has 3 different modules to complete. I completed two of three which of course they were excited about because now they won't cover my cracked screen. After actually getting ahold of someone to see if they would help me out I swear to you they ACTUALLY said "we are not a very customer friendly company, it's more about the contract." Worst experience ever with a company.

I have nothing but Great ups about Warranty life! 2nd time i have fixed My Phone, same phone broke the 1st time and bought it right back the second time. From Texas Broke in Chicago and still managed to get fixed BY AN AUTHORIZED Fixer upper guy! ...yes! is A hassle setting it up, but 10 to 15min of your time so in the future is A free Fixed screen to paying $200-$350+ on phone repair for being lazy, you choose.

I purchased this product about 9 months ago and had difficulty registering the warranty. Realising how important it is to register, I contacted someone from the company directly and was given great service to help me register it. When I needed a replacement, initially I was denied but when I explained the difficulty I had originally had and included the name of the person I had dealt with, my warranty was honoured. After having the repair done, I purchased the product/warranty again. And again I had difficulty getting the registration to work. So again, I contacted the same person to help complete the registration. In the end, all is good but it is NOT easy to register this product and I have a feeling that many customers give up and don't go through with the registration and then are out of luck if service is required. Advice to future customers - be 100% sure your registration was successful and if you are not, contact the company to get help. If you do register and need a replacement, it is good to have - saves a lot of money.

After I went through the process of sending in all my photos for my reimbursement of my cracked phone screen they stopped answering me. When I emailed again they told me that everything I sent was wrong even though they had already told me it was right and asked for my address to the cheque. I then emailed a detailed cheque, what they wanted. They ignored me for two weeks. I ended up filing a new claim and it worked great
