It was super easy I recommend it to everybody I love the results it’s super easy just send pictures and it got done it took me at least three days and I’m happy with the results

To be honest with you I didnt like the outcome but at the end they did fix my phone it had chipped in the corners and well it took like a week to get all the issue resolved had to send pictures and other information also getting bounced around with different agents it was overwhelming but at the end I payed out of pocket then they sent me a check in the mail.Overall I have my phone fixed Thank You guys

submitted claim, a couple of hoops to go through but they did pay it within about 1 week. what's fascinating is just how they are going to extend my warranty for another month (as they promised) since I had to have the screen replaced, which means the liquid screen saver is no longer in place. It is NOT replaced with the warranty. $45 liquid screen saver. $218 to replace screen that cracked and spidered FIRST day. $200 paid by Warranty LIfe to replace screen but does NOT replace liquid screen saver. In other words, I paid $63 to be paid back $200 when the screen broke.

It was a long processs and I was questioned and denied of the warranty covarge but finally after calling a number I got through with a real person and shortly after was able to get my phone fixed and a full reimbursement.

If I could rate it a -0- I would. Our Sprint rep sold us 4 liquid glass screen protectors. They told us to register them right away, which we did. We went through every step on the ap. 2 months later, we tried to make a claim for one of them that cracked. Their service dept claimed we "didn't register them properly" and wouldn't honor the claim. There is no # to call and talk to anyone - horrible service. We went back and tried to re-register (even though it was previously done) but the system says we can't do it after 30 days. What a SCAM.

Bought a new phone got warranty life put on at the store. As soon as I got home registered like I was told. When it my it said my account was created I assumed that was it. All my info is on there but they said it was incomplete. Crooks!

Did not have a bad experience getting my claim. I appreciate having my claim waiting experience quite quick. I definitely trust this company and no company is perfect. I wish there was more repair stores close by in where I live.

By far the worst screen protection for my iPhone I’ve ever bought! I only had the protector on for a few days dropped the phone and they refuse to take care of it I emailed customer support and they keep telling me to take it back to my carrier and they will refund me my money which is not the case! Not only that no one will return my emails from customer support and there’s no available number to call to speak with someone.. just a scam business trying to rip off customers
