A lot of back and forth in the beginning emailing in the beginning to get everything sorted so I could take the phone to get fixed. Also I had to pay out of pocket but was reimbursed. They refunded less than half of what I paid to get the screen replaced though. But they responded within 24 hours and were very helpful.

Terrible customer service. Do NOT purchase a screen protector warranty from this company. I was told that I didn't complete the registration correctly and they refused to honor my warranty. I dont recomended it.

As a warranty company we do need to follow guidelines. Registering the product correctly is definitely a requirement. I am sorry we were not able to assist you.

Making contact with the company was initially a little confusing. After reporting my cracked screen saver I was able to drop my phone off for repairs the next day. I didn’t have to pay upfront or out of pocket at all. Overall a good experience with quick support!

I cracked my screen and as soon as I contacted warranty Life, they gave me the instructions I needed to take, and I followed them. They assured me they would refund me for fixing my screen and that’s exactly what they did. This process was quick and easy, I definitely would purchase with the company again and recommend them for future customers!

Process started a little slower with alot of back and forth emails ur overall process took about 2 weeks from beginning to the deductible paid I to my PayPal. Which is pretty good by any insurance standards which can take 6 to 8 weeks!
