Warranty LifeReviews of warrantylife.com

Wanted me to get bids on the price before approving. Small crack on the case. How convenient, drive around find a store they approved. When I go to a store to return something . It is tsken cate of, one stop. I could send them yhe phone but nooooo

I don't write a lot of reviews... But felt compeled to write one for warranty life. All I can say is it was a major pain in my butt to get my phone fixed. Email only communications that sometimes took days for a reply is simply unacceptable. Several of the Warranty Life recommended repair shops would not work directly with warranty life on billing because of past issues with payments from them. so basically you have to pay for everything up front and hope warranty life reimburses you. In the end I did get my phone fixed, and was reimbursed by warranty life. However I was reimbursed via PayPal who has you know takes their cut. Seriously It's not very professional for a business to reimburse money owed to you through PayPal. I mean really? All I can say is I'm glad I had a spare phone.

Didn’t get full refund more like 1/2 refund but at least it was something. Many back & forth emails asking for pics of SIM card until I remembered I didn’t get the sim from them. A challenge to get through it an already tough situation however I did get a refund quickly. I didn’t have a choices on type of plan thru gazelle.

After I went through the process of sending in all my photos for my reimbursement of my cracked phone screen they stopped answering me. When I emailed again they told me that everything I sent was wrong even though they had already told me it was right and asked for my address to the cheque. I then emailed a detailed cheque, what they wanted. They ignored me for two weeks. I ended up filing a new claim and it worked great
