This doggie wheel chair is exactly what I needed to help my Bulldog Thelma have some of her Independence back and be able to run around with her sister Louise. I am very happy with this product an my bulldog is getting used to it an starting to be comfortable an having fun with it!!!!

I appreciated the service, fast shipping, and help thru out the ordering and measuring process. unfortunately my girl passed away the night before I received the wheels but I know she would have loved them. So easy to use and my dog is so much more comfortable with this harness. When she sees it, she gets excited to put it on. Highly recommend!!

I received the wheelchair for my dear boy Jake in record time, product was packaged well, very professional look and high quality feel. The instructions were clear enough for me to figure out (I’m a bit on the troubled side for reading assembly directions) and then put on Jake for the first time the next morning. He did great!! Took a couple minutes and some jerky treats to encourage him to try it - but then he was all go. Wagged his tail and wanted to take on the neighborhood. Only on day 3 - so will see how it holds up - but it feels solid so don’t have any concerns. I will say the link in assembly manual for the YouTube video is no longer valid - might update that - but a quick google search found one for me. Thank you so much for making a product that will help my old man still get out and enjoy life : )

I have a 14yo beagle mix, his name is hunter, he had a bad fall over a year ago that took out his left knee. Hunter has issues getting around after that. One day he just could not get his back and up anymore. The vet had told us that he has nerve damage that went up his back and at his age and health issues we may see some improvement but he will never have the strength to use his back legs again. Struggleing with that new we decided to go with a wheel chair for him. There was a shelter that had a donated one but it needed some parts for it. After a year of just the wheels chair hunters front legs started to get week and was unable to keep himself up for a long time. We decided to order the front legs on his wheels chair. He has become more moble again even though he tires out fast, he enjoy a good walk and than take his nap after on his batman couch infront of his fan. You have given me my little fur son back. I will alwals recommend you guys to anyone who needs help with mobility with there fur baby's. Thanks so much. Jen

Poor Customer Service. Be prepared for battle fatigue if you are searching for specific answers on products. Honestly, I never wanted to walk away from a product before based on the quality of customer support and information provided on the website. First, the information on the product, its use, assembly, and sizing is convoluted and inaccessible. The flow of information on the website takes visitors on a meandering path that rarely ends in straightforward information. For me, this was an immediate red flag that any issues with the product would be blamed on the customer for "not reading properly". My first email inquiry was met with a copy and pasted text missing full sentences rather than a direct response to my personal inquiry. It could be company policy, outsources, or both, but it felt insincere and unhelpful. After finally receiving a tailored response, I learned that no matter how I navigated the website, I wouldn't have selected the right product for me without their help. There is no continuity in this assistance, as upon checkout I had yet another employee confirming the sizing of my purchase before my order could be confirmed, which took several days. Finally, the assembly book for the wheelchairs is as unhelpful as everything else on their site. It was neither straightforward nor reassuring. I would highly recommend the company approach a consultant to assist them with their literature, both on the site and associated with their project, as none of it was written with any consideration for customers. Lord know they charge enough for their product to afford it.

The product is great, but the lack of set up instructions makes it harder than it should be. I had to hunt down a couple videos on YouTube.
