Great customer support in helping me to adjust the cart to fit my baby.

I ordered 3 items on 1/28/25. I am still waiting for a harness. Received an email from UPS on 2/18/25. My order is scheduled to be delivered on 2/22/25. I don't know if this delayed delivery issue is by UPS or your company. In either case, Waiting almost one month is way too long.

Works perfect!

My boxer has DM and this product gave him freedom again! He loves being able to walk again on his own! The product was very well made and easy to assemble. The wheelchair is lightweight and easy for him to pull. Shipping was very fast! I ordered and had the wheelchair the next day. I highly recommend Walkin Pets!

Very helpful and responsive folks.

It first started with knuckling of the left rear paw. Degenerative myopathy. Started out slow and I purchased when I always referred to as "the chariot". That was in September 2024. It is now February 18 and my precious Rex will cross the rainbow bridge tomorrow in the comfort of his own home. The walking wheels gave him an extra five months that we otherwise would not have had together. We were able to make our buddy trip out to the West Coast for Thanksgiving and he was able to walk the trails and taking all the smells in the beauty this around us. I am so grateful for the additional time Rex and I had together.

Great product amazing team

Stellar product, just what our dog needed. Really grateful for this company, and the help it has given our dog with DM. He actually likes the wheelchair, and it gives him a new freedom. He's a big dog, so it's not great for inside the house, but it's great for outside!
