I am grateful for all the help I received from Colleen Ryan when I inquired and finally ordered the quad cart for my little one. She was very caring and sensitive to our situation. The cart works great and I only wish that I had gotten it earlier for her. The quad cart is giving my little one a good break from laying down all day, adding to her quality of life for her last weeks. thank you!

I was concerned at first, not having heard of the company but discovering through an internet search. However, our front tri-pawd, Roxxe, hurt her back leg - same side as the front missing leg. We were devastated when she would not even get comfortable to relieve herself outside with us holding her. Although I wish the company had a better first answering service - which made me think I was hitting into a call or data center somewhere - my concerns were immediately relieved by KR. She was fabulous, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient, and caring. She answered all of our questions, helped us to determine the correct size, and add additions (belly band and amputee cover for the front ring). The product arrived the very next day (we are in VT, so close by the company) but KR had also invited us down if we wanted to take a quick road trip. We had no problem putting the quad chair together - although the buttons are really hard, and the alan tool not quite long enough for leverage to push the button in to move/size the framing (I used a wooden wood chop). The material is solid and does not make a lot of noise (Roxxe is a bit nervous around "things"). We had watched a video from Youtube (we think from the company) and paused it at each step (this would have been better if easier to find online directly from the website). We tried Roxxe, as suggested, for short times, with treats and praise. A few days later, we had our virtual fitting with MB. She was also amazing, patient, and skillful at helping us to best fit the wheelchair for Roxxe. We wish we did not need this product and we are so very grateful that it will be life-saving for our 5-year old pittie mix. The cost was still high (but half of the competition) but we feel the quality materials and service was well worth the investment in Roxxe's health. Thank you!

My dogs chiropractor is trained in measuring for these wheelchairs. She took measurements and I ordered a medium wheelchair. I got emails asking for pictures of me measuring my dog. A rep named Kimmy told me that I needed a small size. I figured you all should know what you’re doing. I went ahead and had her order the small. It took some time to finally get it shipped out. I get the chair and my Poor dog doesn’t fit in it. I reach out for help. I got one response and that didn’t make it any better. I’m still waiting on a response for further instructions. This has been an awful experience. Not happy with the customer service at all.
