Very easy to assemble.

I can not judge whether she can use the splint yet. She may be too weak or they may be too big. And there is not a method of getting help.

If I was reviewing only my customer service representative I would’ve given a rating of one star. She was completely incompetent and gave me completely bad information every step of the way. I really hope this what seems to be otherwise a good company will let her go. If I were rating the manager Jill, I would give the company five stars. Jill was able to rectify many of the issues that I had and sent me in the right direction in most respects and really wanted to make things right. I ended up making my own cast for my dogs elbow and there is a discrepancy between the video and the written materials and I hope they take care of that. At this point my review is mixed and if they could have good quality customer Service representatives I am sure that they would be a very very good company.

Do not hesitate. This is a great investment. I have 130 pound dog who is completely paralyzed in one leg and has spinal difficulties preventing him from proper movement across his whole body. He is only here because of these folks. For future dogs that are getting old and having trouble walking, a wheelchair just to support them would be ideal as well. I have a feeling I will have a relationship with this company for a very long time. They also have the best service.

My dog hated the wheel chair. She screamed and would not walk just laid down and cried. I had to send it back. It was hard to assemble, and it wasn't worth the price. Sorry for the bad review.
