Our beloved Husky/Shepard mix “Brodie” lost control of his hind legs over night. The most courteous , professional and knowledgeable sales rep on the phone figured out exactly what he needed and had it to him the next day. Thanks again.

Ordered wrong size for my senior dog the first time. They were very quick to respond with a RMA number so I could get an exchange and it arrived quickly. Very helpful rear harness to help my senior male shepherd with getting up stairs and into the vehicle with our help now. Thank you!

I needed to exchange a medium dog wheel chair for a small one. I filled out the form online, but was told they needed to have a photo of my dog in the chair to assess if we had indeed purchased the wrong size. We purchased based on weight and it was the wrong size. I then called and what should have been an easy one for one exchange, ended up being a 20 minute call with a girl who really had no idea how to do this transaction. I was put on hold a couple of times and it took forever. Right now I have paid for a new chair, and am sending back my other one. I have received 2 receipts for the return but none for the new purchase. I’m sure this is a good company as they were recommended but the customer service is a big mess.

The rear harness was easy to adjust. Our dog isn’t thrilled about it, but we think we will need it soon. He is A 13-year-old wire haired pointing griffon (68 pounds) who has led an active life hiking and swimming. Now his back legs are getting weak and we are waiting for the day when he won’t be able to walk on his own. We got a Medium/large size which seems to be the correct size.

Great product! We had to return it as per dog no longer needed it and the process was a breeze.

Olivia was very patient, nice and helpful when I received a front harness instead of a rear harness. Helped me identify certain items in my walking wheelchair and was very knowledgeable about the products sold. I really appreciated her help in getting the rear harness and how to send back the front harness with a prepaid label. Thank- you very much. Jackie Walter

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They spent an hour and a half helping me fit my dog for her new wheels, (I would never have been able to pull it off myself) and the wheelchair works perfectly for her. We are so grateful.

Unfortunately my Sara was put down before my harness arrived and I had to return it. I received the email with the return label with all of the information I needed. I am so sorry I didn't order it sooner when she could have benefited from the use of the harness. It's in the return process now and I expect my credit account will be credited for the charge.
