Purchased the hip ezee support system for my 13 year old black lab and I’m more then happy with the results! Even after the first time I put it on her I could tell it was giving her old hips that extra support she needs and she was standing taller, not doing her usual half-squat. Happy pup and happy owner!! Highly recommend. Their customer service is great as well and they helped me decide which size was best for my old girl! Can’t say enough great things about this company!!!

We took on a new dog who has special needs due to some terrible human being. I've had tons of questions for the crew at Walkin' Pets and they've been very forward and quick with their responses. I've had some components wear out too and they were extremely kind again. Always helpful!

I had trouble paying for the items I wanted as my bank card was rejected by the payment system. Their staff was helpful and offered to send me a Paypal invoice. Got it figured out anyway with my sister's help. They sent an email to say that my wheelchair order was not on file (this is because I bought my wheelchair overseas) and they wanted to check if the harnesses I ordered were the correct size. I am really impressed by how conscientious their staff was/is and how caring the company seems overall. I care about my doggo a lot and definitely would have been upset if the wrong size had been ordered (and been delivered overseas, no less) so it was great to have them check in.

Had an issue with billing, they literally emailed me back within 5 minutes. It wasn’t even their fault it was an issue with PayPal but they helped me get to the bottom of it.
