rements and was told the Large rear splint would fit. It didn’t, it’s so big it comes up to my dogs hip. I called back to confirm the size the second time and was put on hold so the size could be confirmed. The service rep came back on and just asked how I wanted to return the Large splint. I said I didn’t want to return it, I wanted to compare the Medium and Large as my dog was in between sizes. The medium was too small. Now I have to return both because the service reps couldn’t truthfully advise that they did not have a solution for us. Very disappointing and unhelpful. Big surprise as we used a medium wheel chair from them and we’re hopeful to continue using the walk-in pets solutions. Too bad.

We do understand the stress that comes from this type of situation and we strive to ensure that this does not occur. If there is anything that we can do to assist going forward, please do not hesitate to ask. We strive to ensure that our valued customers always receive the requested service.

Did not help at all. It was plastic & would not grip tile & wood floor. Slipped with every step.
