My dog passed away the day before my custom cart was delivered. I inquired about returning it, as I obviously had no use for it. I assumed that I would it be able to but thought I would just ask anyway. I received a personalized email from the company, firstly offering condolences. Then, letting me know that they could not accept the item back because it was discontinued (or something like that) but they were going to give me a FULL REFUND, and asked that I just donate the item to someone in need. In a time of horrible grief, this company shined. I am so appreciative of their generosity and they are clearly in the business of doing good for the world. A local veterinary office in my city is starting a PT program and was also very grateful for the product. Can’t tell you how impressed I am.

Everything except one thing is acceptable about this company. The products are good, and fairly priced compared to other similar ones. The BIG problem here is the phone system. Very long waits with no option to be called back, with very annoyed loop of “music” and testimonials. Very nice representatives when you finally get someone, and most of the time they follow through. Only for my pet would I wait on hold this long!!!!!
