WalkinpetsReviews of walkinpets.com

Our feisty senior shepherd has progressively lost the use of her back legs. We initially bought the base two wheeled chair for her but ended up needing to also get the front wheel kit. Customer service was so helpful in making sure I got the correct kit to fit the chair we already had. It took her a few minutes to adjust to having four wheels but once she figured it out, she was ready to go! Even so much that she was trying to bring it in the house with her. Thank you guys for making such a thoughtfully designed, affordable product. You’ve given us more time with our girl.

We've been working with Walkin' Pets for the last several years and have always gotten good advice and excellent service. Your products are sturdy and well-constructed. When I made the mistake of ordering the wrong dog wheelchair last month, they were great at assisting me with the return and with ordering the correct size. My only (small) complaint is that I have to wait a long time to talk to a real person when I call with questions. Hopefully this can be rectified.

I ordered the Walking Hip-EEZ Support System with the Donut for my elderly GSD, who had developed an open wound/bed-type sore on his hip. When I found your product online, it was exactly what I needed to protect the wound and keep my boy from licking it. Unfortunately, although it arrived quickly, my GSD passed away before I had an opportunity to use it. Even so, I would highly recommend it for anyone with a pet with a similar issue.

This company makes good quality products and are very easy to deal with.

Reps are great!

It was an easy ordering process and shipping was extremely fast.

This company has amazing customer service. They reached out to me when I had issues ordering online and informed me to contact them if I needed assistance on using the doggie wheelchair I ordered. The products I ordered shipped very quickly. Fortunately, our doggie regained the use of her back legs by the time I received the wheelchair so, once again I reached out, and I was provided excellent customer service so I could return the one item. The response time of the email correspondence was pretty quick as well. Since I never unpacked the wheelchair, I cannot review the product. I can only assume it is as stellar as the customer service.

I had an issue with a strut and they corrected it really quickly sent the new part overnight. They were extremely helpful and nice to talk with. I really enjoy getting the things I need from them. They are a great company.
