Wallkinpets has helped me to provide the best for my handicapped dog. They have advised and guided me in purchasing products and are very prompt in their response. They're an excellent, caring company.

customer service was fantastic! This is our second wheelchair from Walkinpets. This one was for our goat while he recovered from pnemonia.

Wow our purchase was 1x about 3 years ago and I am only getting this now??? Anyway the brace we bought back then was the smallest available at the time and was miles too large for our toy poodle. I had no problem returning that, but since I had to cut the foam to see if we could make brace fit I was unable to return that. Customer service was great.

The item didn't arrive in time, and I didn't receive an update. I would have waited longer if I had not called to follow up.

I absolutely love this product. I purchased a cart for my goat that had a spinal cord injury and she adapted to it very well. I am pleased say that she only had to use her cart for a few months and because of it, she healed and is now walking on her own!! Thank you for such a great product and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you again.
