Great price, I am using for cats. The one thing I do not like is the large gap in the food / water access doors.

Our WalkinPets Wheelchair has been the best move we’ve made for our dog since her Fibrocartaliginous Embolism ( FCE). We ended up amputating her left rear leg three months ago. Not an easy decision. After considerable research we decided on WalkinPets and glad we did. Beyond design, quality materials and simplicity, WalkinPets customer service is second to none. We made two calls before purchasing and two afterwards. Each time we called our concerns were addressed and laid to rest. Both our contacts were patient and informative. We got a sense of genuine care. WalkinPets customer care is a value added feature to an important part of normalcy for a pet and it’s family!

Bought a cheaper wheelchair than n Black Friday after using it a couple times it just didn’t work great. Did some research and found walking pets and ordered a new set me that has been amazing he loves it. Thanks so much.

I didn't receive the wheelchair until after my pet passed. So I never used it. The delivery service was difficult to deal with.

Customer service was provided when I found my original and asked for return and a refund. They were fast and helpful.

As described..fast shipping

Very understanding team. First I purchased a chair that was seemingly a bit large. So the team willingly agreed to let me process an exchange for a smaller chair. Then in the middle of the exchange, my furbaby puffy passed away and no longer needed the chair. So the team gave me a full refund. And they acknowledged my deep loss for my pup of almost 15 years old.

It's great that the two wheel cart is easily transformed to a four wheel when needed by purchasing the front wheels! Quality cart with a wonderful easily to clean harness of tubing.
