Walgreens Riverton Wyoming. Have had to call so many times to pharmacy. Get put on hold forever, they pick up phone and click back on hold 3 times then pick up and hung up on. Call back, hold, then gal on phone is so rude. Had surgery (open abdominal)waiting on pain meds, get told they are working on it, they will get to it when they can???Because they thought i had some. ????? Then sent script in for refill waited DAYS. Called dr, they got no fax. Called Walgreens to give them correct fax number, silence, put on hold… girl was sooo rude she says fine ill refax and hung up!!! Omg.,transferring pharmacies. Done!! It asks for date, my bad experiences have been going on for months since they got new Pharmacist.

Walgreen’s COVID treatment $44.99 fee paid. Pharmacist calls and says resend labs for ALT or AFT for liver count. I resend the labs, but looked at first set of labs and there the ALT is there and in normal range on page 10. I get no call back, although I was told I would receive a call back and I’m out $44.99, because the clause says non refundable regardless of outcome. Wow there’s no integrity, beware and don’t get scammed. I tested positive for COVID 19 on November 15 and requested the “Test to Treat” online. It’s 1041pm ET. At least call to say something, but the clause gives them a right to just take the money. Boy was I stupid and all the other folk who paid for the service without any outcome.

Horrible. I am home sick and order a one hour delivery for a COVID test and some other things I need. Twenty minutes later, I get a text that the order will not be delivered until the NEXT DAY. It took me a half hour on hold to cancel and the attendant was very rude. "The delivery time is determined by UBER, not us." Well, then say that on your MF website so people know they make have to cancel future plans just to recieve a simple "one hour order", and they will have to do all the labor to cancel it if it is impossible.

I get a migraine each time I go in that store . Way too much chemical use in the pharm industry beyond the perfume aisle. Cleaners, beauty products, household junk, even the clothing smells toxic. On top of that, I go to take the survey on their receipt, to address these issues, and lo and behold, the site is BROKEN. i fill it all in as required yet it will not allow me to submit my info. The only saving grace is the people, all of whom are wonderful.

If there was zero stars , that's what I would select. I had arm surgery and unfortunately the pins that were placed were coming out of my hand. My surgeon prescribed pain medication before my next surgery. 3 days ago. I'm in agonizing pain and they say " they're working on it." Ill have my new surgery before they even fill it. I call and am on hold for hours. Tonight I called and followed the prompts , push 1 for pharmacy, get pharmacy music, they say I'm next available customer but it seemed yet again to take forever. I had my husband call on his cell phone to see if pharmacy was even open. Store was open , pharmacy closed. In agonizing pain I was on hold for nothing. Badly done walgreens, badly done.

Walgreens on 137 and 42st is always my top choice. The pharmacist are knowledgeable and always take out the time to answer your questions. The techs behind the counter From Sonya, Irene, Rebecca go out of their way to give me the best costumer service. They always tell me when to come back to receive my medication and find me a coupon to help me save some money. I drive 15 minutes more to get my medicine at this pharmacy. I almost forgot they never cease to have a smile on their face.

Here we are yet again with the unprofessionalism , rude and disrespectful assistant pharmacist at Walgreens Uniondale . As per corporate I am to just show my drivers license because of a prior incident. I advised the assistant pharmacist that she need to retrieve my ID instead of taking my information via intercom . That’s when the attitude came in , upon receiving my medication I said thank you so very much and she just walked away . I pressed the call button to get her name but she refused to return to the window or apologize. I was advised by the pharmacist that she was the assistant pharmacist there 11/10 at 1500 hours . They really need to retrain their employees about being courteous and professional at all times .

This place is the most incompetent and rude pharmacy in monroe. Stewart and monroe st. Every single month there's a mistake, an issue. I've been without a prescription for months. Dr has called it in 3 times. They sent me 3 notices it was delayed and now they say it never existed. She was so rude and condescending on phone I just decided to stop trying. I'm just going to go somewhere else. I'm tired of the headache with every single prescription.
