I have been trying to get my Syringes for three weeks now. No body at the walgreen's pharmacy staff can give me any information as to when they will receive them I have called Walgreen's Syringes Customer Service multiple times. They promised me two free boxes by fedex that was three weeks ago. I received letter from Cheryl Legros US Customer Operations Management. The letter is not worth the paper it is written on. She promised another two free boxes. Another Lie from her and walgreens. This shortage has happened before. I give up on Walgreens I'm going to CVS.

Walgreens has a photo lab or so they offer it. Every time I’ve tried to use the photo machine at Walgreens on Cottondale rd/hwy 17 savannah GA, it’s NOT WORKING. There isn’t any other place to get pictures made anymore. Walgreens has the machine but won’t fix it and employees have even said that same thing. If you offer the product then take responsibility and fix the issues. Poor quality, low standards.

Separated my 90 days drugs supply into 3 times 30 days supply to charged my more money. Even though I had mentioned that, Walgreens still separated my 90 days supply into 3 times 30 days supply to charge my more money.I don’t go to Walgreens again.

You can't even get a pharmacist or a tech on the phone, they pick up and put you back on hold, seems like they don't like to work, if I can give them 0 stars I would. My wait time 16 mins and still on going oh and to top it off this is my second day calling and same thing happened yesterday. Only reason I have my medicine sent to them is because they are open the latest otherwise don't even bother having your prescription sent to them.

Walgreens pharmacy has about the worst customer service ever. I live in fountain Colorado and for several years I went to the Walgreens in Fountain. Oh I almost always had trouble. Every time I tried to get a prescription filled. So I moved to the one on Main in security Widefield, which is considered Colorado Springs it’s like trying to go through Congress to be able to speak to an actual person because the canned voicemail does not answer my question. I have tried three times to get a prescription filled, and the customer service tells me they will fill it and then the next day it’s not filled I called again they say will put it in and it’ll be filled this afternoon check on the app and it was canceled. Now I can’t get in touch with them by phone and it’s too far to drive for nothing. Something needs to be done about this. I am moving my prescriptions to and different pharmacy that is not Walgreens because I’m tired of messing with it. I don’t think it is through any fault of the employees, I believe it is just Walgreens management.

I am in my 70s and my doctor recently changed one of my prescription drugs to a lesser known, but cheaper alternative to Januvia saving me hundreds of dollars a year in out of pocket expense. Trouble was, the alternative was hard to locate and get delivered here in rural Georgia(355 Hwy 441 in Clayton). The Pharmacist, Molly, and Pharmacist Tech, Brittney worked very hard to locate and have enough of the new drug available to me without missing a day in my medication. I am grateful for their effort - something I had not experienced in other locations.

I had my prescription called in, when I arrived I was informed, my Dr needed to right a reason for my medication. I called my Dr. He has never heard. Of such a practice. I finally got my medication....6 hours later. I went to C.V.S , the next time, they had my medication filled, before I left from the Dr's office. Do yourself a favor, save the headache, frustration, and steer clear, of Walgreens. They are a ,"JOKE" REGARDS BRADLEY GEORGE
