Horrible Customer Service Lied to me about when prescription would be ready. Then sent us to a store almost an hour away and all they world compensate was a $20 gift card.... They need to up their game... Not Fair..

I am have had the worst experience with the Riverton utah Walgreens than I have ever had. They are so incompetent and rude. Especially vikki. I can’t believe they handled my situation the way they did. They told me my RX could not be filled until the next day. The next day I called they told me they couldn’t fill it until the next day. Again. I talked to a guy and we finally figured it out. This was at 11:15 am. Then I received a text at 11:31 saying my RX was ready. Omg I didn’t have a ride by this ring to go get it. My mom went at 2 today to get my RX abs they told her it was not ready. What?? They ahead knew I have been waiting for this RX but they decided to wait until 2 to start on it. Who is running this circus? I don’t think anyone there could add 2+2 and get 4 with the way they handled this issue. Doing so there. This of one huge reason why I stopped having my RX sent to them. This is not the 1st time they have needed things up. Save yourself the headache. Trust me. Don’t ask for Vikki either, she is not professional at all.

Regarding photo card orders, its ridiculous that they only offer 5x7 envelopes for smaller photo card orders (with no forewarning). My 3.5x5 phot cards look stupid in such large envelopes and now I have to find 4x6 envelopes. Just a heads up to anyone else getting smaller photo cards...

If you order online at Walgreens to pickup they will add charges after you pay. I made an online order in the amount of $65.90 tp pick up and used PayPal to pay, which I normally don't do. Glad I did this time because I got an email from PayPal that Walgreens updated the payment from $65.90 to $74.76. I called Walgreens customer service and was told Wagreens does not do that. Once she looked up my order she said let me get a supervisor and I waited and waited no supervisor so she came back to the phone and said Walgreens has never seen this happen before and immediately hung up on me. So, if you order from Walgreens check your bank account to make sure thus does not happen to you.

I dropped off some film to be developed at the walgreens on the corner of space center and fairmont in pasadena in August. I checked back in August, September, October and November and I was told the film came back in September and was destroyed because I did not pick it up. The day manager said he would contact Fiji and see if they could reprint them and call me back. I spoke with him today and he said he lost my number and I can not get my film back. This film was the last pictures took from my deceased x husband the father of my children. Now my children will never have those pictures. This walgreens is the most unorganized store I have ever had to deal with. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THEY HAVE SOME REAL WINNERS WORKING THERE. I really wish they had a zero rating.

*I was HARASSED in the Walgreens Store. I wasn't allowed to defend myself while being yelled at very loudly for all to hear. *I was KICKED OUT OF The Walgreens Store by a Walgreens Customer. This should be unheard of!. *I was YELLED AT and humiliated in Walgreens by a very RUDE Customer. -He needs consequences. *All CONFIDENTIALITY WAS BROKEN!!! By both the rude obnoxious customer and the rude pharmacy-clerk. I was given VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Walgreens on 2025 Division St., St. Cloud, MN. *It took almost TWO HOURS to get one medication, and I was fifth in line. *It would have taken OVER TWO HOURS to get two medications. *The Pharmacy Clerk didn't follow through on the info he found. He DIDN'T TELL me when the med could be ordered, after a long time of looking it up. *The Pharmacy Customer Service was sarcastic, snide, and rolled his eyes when I asked something. He said things like: "If you WANT to WAIT 3 days and come back you CAN!" *The RUDE Pharmacy Clerk sarcastically rolled his eyes and looked past me at the customer behind me, instead of answering to me. * This is Triangulation, it pulls a third party in, and BREAKS ALL CONFIDENTIALITY RULES!! -It worked! When I contacted headquarters, instead of having the points above addressed, they went into an unnecessary and detailed explanation of how both my meds came in at different times through automation! I already knew this. This was NOT the point. The point is, this has all to do with HARASSING THE CUSTOMER, along with RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! -All the way around! If this is not appropriately addressed, I am not setting foot in that store again.

Love the store but hate the pharmacy. When I go to pick up my medicine they always say they don't have it filled due to no pre authorization even though it's been authorized Not only have they done it to me and my husband but also now my grandmother (this is in hospice) and makes it so difficult to get the medication and take to long to get the medicine she needs.

I was told my prescription would be ready November 12th. Today is November 25th. Still nothing! I called the pharmacy and spent 5 hours and 10 minutes on hold. Went to the pharmacy today, CLOSED! Everyone's medication is important, mine is asthma medication I need to help me get the air I need to survive. I called walgreens corporate only to be told they would have upper management call me. I'll be filing a complaint with The State Of Colorado Monday morning.
