They say they have the medicine in stock, wait days and still haven’t filled my prescription. It’s 12-16 was supposed to get my prescription 12-11. They get the cheapest product they can find and they don’t even work. I’m changing pharmacies. May not matter but in a year my insurance pays $120,000 for my meds and I’m not letting Walgreens make one more penny on my sickness. Make them be your last choice. Wish I could give negative stars

I spent 3+ hours on hold just to be hung up on--just wanted to know when my prescription would be filled No one could give me an answer These people do not give a damn about their customers--they do not allow you to contact the store directly so I could get an answer on a timely basis

I can not be more disappointed in this Walgreens pharmacy and Jeanette B the head pharmacist! I’ve had multiple bad experiences but this last time has been the worst. When they did a partial fill for me it was a 23 day supply. They put it in their system as a 28 day supply. Now that I need a refill and I sent it to a different pharmacy I can not get my script because of their mistake and they are claiming they can’t fix it. I absolutely can NOT go without my medication and it had been a full 24 hours off my medication because of them..and their inability to work with my dr. It finally got it sent to the escalation team against them. My Dr spend AN HOUR on hold while they scrambled, shut their pharmacy down early, and it took 8 hrs to fix. This was grossly unacceptable and has treated me with nothing but disrespect. I HIGHLY recommend no one ever goes here for their prescriptions!! I also found out they weren’t even running my script through MY insurance.. I paid $68 there thinking my insurance went up.. I went to another pharmacy yesterday and the same one was free.. to say I’m angry is an understatement. Do better Walgreens!!

I usually get my prescriptions filled at Costco but had a new doctor call Walgreens because it is close by. I didn’t check prices prior to picking up the medication. I was shocked to learn Walgreens was $27. higher than any other pharmacy including Costco, CVS, Target, Walmart, etc. That is price gouging, greed, & anti-customer behavior. DON’T USE WALGREENS

Walgreens at Campbell drive. Homestead. Fl. Pharmacy terrible customer service. No care for their clients. Not one person. All of them. Working in the pharmacy. They do not care about anything they just there. They are very rude and customer careless. As a matter fact while I was in the window inside the store the two attendants and the lady with withe jacket. They were talking a discussing about some people days off and so for. I said hello. Anybody there. The kept talking. And it was 3 car waiting in the drive thru. Terrible terrible service. What a shame. Hope some one can read This. I am transferring my prescription somewhere else.

Used to love Walgreens. Today, I sit in the car for one hour and ten minutes to wait for prescriptions with my daughter who just had mouth surgery - she’s nauseous, tired, weak, and just wants to go home. We live an hour from any pharmacy so best to pick up on way home. This was explained clearly to two pharmacy employees. But we wait…because they are going to close for lunch and won’t fill the Rxs until after lunch. No emotion or feelings, just “well after we eat lunch is the soonest they can be filled.” Good customer service has been lost. There was not another person waiting in store either. Had a similar situation happen at another Walgreens last year with my other child. Won’t happen a third time!! At least not at Walgreens!! Hope this is not common practice at every pharmacy…the competitors should be taking notes from these Walgreens reviews and cashing in on every single weakness…lots to be said and learned!

Crossbay Blvd in Howard Beach has the worst pharmacy dept. I will never use them again. They need to retrain the whole department or get rid of them. Customer service should be their number one priority! Especially that one named Donna!

The Walgreens at 10600 Rollingwood in Fredericksburg has to be the slowest drug store to get medications. The last three times there they told me it would be 20-30 and they would text me when ready. Each time it took over 5 hours and the first time they didn’t have one of the prescriptions but didn’t tell me until the next day. I had to get another prescription from my dr because they processed the one they were out of. Also all three times they stated they were short staffed. EXACTLY the same excuse they told me all three times. Never use them again!
