Walgreens website does the job but it ain’t pretty. Filling prescriptions online works fine though hunting for products feels outdated compared to Amazon and the like. Too many pages and clicks to buy stuff. Gets frustrating if you know what you want but can’t easily find it. Yeah it’s convenient to shop basic health stuff without leaving the house. But the boring design and crap search makes me wish for something nicer. Walgreens as a store is okay though I expect more from a website in 2023. It works - but some tech updates would go a long way.

Checkout is so slow! I've never seen a slower frontend checkout process. Maybe it's the POS or all the questions. Every time I go to a Walgreens I swear it to be the last. The only time I go is if there is something only Walgreens has.

Switched to a locally owned pharmacy, and I should have years ago. Walgreens is a terrible pharmacy.

Horrible website, horrible customer service. Lists tons of products on the website that they may or may not have and then just cancels your entire order when they don’t. Takes them forever to figure it out too, leaving you no time to get the items elsewhere. Good luck getting your money back if there is a problem with the delivery. I had a box arrive so damaged that the items inside were open and spilling everywhere. Had to fight with them for weeks for a partial refund.

They have cut hrs at so many retail locations im not sure what the point of the brick & mortar stores are these days! *Also the hrs for each individual location are not kept up to date, every where online!!! What good is reading incorrect store hrs online??! I also don't understand we stand why no one, either locally or nationally, can fix a script that was inadvertently called in to a wrong location, to one that isn't open! It was also called to the correct obe, but I'll now have to pay the full retail price, my insurance won't cover it..not tonight anyway! If I wanted to wait until tomorrow or the day after to start the antibiotics I wouldn't have just spent $300 at an Urgent Care Facility & driven across town to get to a Walgreens that is open!!! PS Btw, the pharmacy tech that is taking forever to fill it & swears there's NO WAY for him to cancel the wrong script, said he'd send me a text when it was ready, without informing me I had to "opt in" to receive it! Good grief, either make these tech advances work right or don't be in business!

Half an hour is far too long to wait in the drive thru.
