My Walgreens is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with in my 67 years. INCOMPETENT! From inaccurate text messages to refill prescriptions to a complete failure in checking their Fax machine for Rx transfers. The staff and pharmacists seem to always be in a state of confusion and insists that the patients do all of the communications between pharmacies to have one transferred over. The Tappahannock VA. Walgreens is the most inept and discourteous pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. And, it’s the only preferred pharmacy in town. This is the second year of having to use Walgreens as the preferred pharmacy for my Medicare part D drug plan. Another year of nightmares!

I have shopped at the 110 N Market St location in Chattanooga TN because this location has everything I need every time. One employee that goes above and beyond is Whitney she works in cosmetics. It doesn't matter if it is her Dept or not she will help you. Thank you: Harrison Daniel

I just found out that when you call the pharmacy at your local Walgreen's, you are talking to a call center. When you ask to talk to someone in the pharmacy, you get a call center. They basically tell you anything. Even e-mails come from them. I talked to someone a few days ago about 2 prescriptions I have. They told me they were ready and then told me how much they will cost. I went to Walgreen's to pick them up and was told only 1 was ready, not both as the person on the phone said. This is just one example of their incompetence. I used to do a lot of my shopping there. I had my reward points over $100. I won't shop there anymore. I'm researching where else I can have my prescriptions filled.

I was getting a prescription for my cat. It was over $100. I asked about coupons and the technician searched for some. He reduced my bill to less than $30. He worked at least five minutes to do this. I really appreciate it.

They patch me through to over half a dozen people on each call and never resolve any issues. Someone has committed fraud using orders with my email address and they couldn't care less. I've been trying to resolve this issue for weeks. I despise them!

They are the most disgusting, hypocritical and dishonest company ever! Their $35 free shipping is a brazen and thorough lie. Once you reach $35, it always says the item exceeds the total free shipping limit and it will automatically add the same shipping cost, if not more. It doesn't matter how light or small the extra item is. And they often have false deals, like this olive oil in clearance for example, if you add some in your cart and try to check out, it will always prompt a message saying you can't buy them regardless of the quantity. There's one time I ordered some toilet paper from them and it advertised one equals 4 regular rolls. I only realized it's a total lie when the item arrived. It's only like 25% larger than any other roll I've seen in my life at best. Their agents were so shameless that they just denied the issue when confronted with solid evidence. In addition, their app discount coupon never worked when I try to check out, no matter how hard or how much time I try.

I tried this virtual care and was told to go somewhere else. I have a tooth infection and it’s new years, no way to see anyone else. I called my dentist and he told me to use a virtual care (like Walgreens) to get antibiotics until I can get in to see them. I was told to go to a different urgent care because it was infected and abscessed. The exact same thing I put in my description, but the doctor would not prescribe me antibiotics. They charged me $75 to tell me to go somewhere else. I’ll be declining payment. They might be good for an acne problem, but they are not experienced enough to provide proper treatment for a real problem. Just to be thorough; I received a message, 2 days later, through their portal, informing me they are going to refund me the office visit fee. It will take 5-10 business days for me to receive it in my account. All of this could have been avoided if they would have been more transparent about what they can handle and not a contract for something they don’t fulfill; and simply not charged me to begin with. Overall, if it’s something small, they probably wouldn’t be a bad choice.

Website said pharmacy at 698 Fairview Rd in SimpsonvilleSC closed AT 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I sat in drive-thru line 25 min and when I got to window at noon was told they were closed for lunch. Two people got involved arguing over it long enough they could have given me my prescription 4 times. Way to support the community Walgreens.
