Walgreens in Limerick, Pennsylvania is the worst drugstore I ever dealt with in my life I’ve been dealing with them for over a year. I had spinal surgery went to get pain meds. They would not give them to me. They were completely rude asking me all kinds of personal questions. They told me to have the doctor send in the meds every five days and then when I went to go pick them up, they would not let me get them. They would not let me pay for they said I need a pre-authorization it was on Saturday us about a week and a half two weeks postop surgery so then I got the referral I sent somebody to pick up my prescription. They would not allow them to get it so I called them in asked them why and said I had sent the referral they hung up on me, if you were ever in this situation and are dealing with them, just be prepared for them to ask you unnecessary questions and not give you your meds 

This is the Walgreens in Mesa, AZ at Mckellips Road and Power. I had much irritation when I went to pick up my prescription as the doctor's office did not send in the correct prescription. However, between Riley and Acana, they helped me tremendously. They are truly an asset to your company and I wish all were as helpful as these two ladies were. They are to be rewarded for their outstanding work with your customers.

Walgreens 2645 state rd cuyahoga falls Ohio, This store has the rudest people, cashier will only reveal his location if you ring his bell, If you just politely wait he will lecture you on the bell why it’s there and council you on why he’s to busy to wait on customers lol this guy should not be in the customer service arena!!! Him and the key cashier were laughing it up. Like they were the king and queen of Walmart and I was a lowly peasant requesting service from the high and mighty!!! You should really hire some customer service employees that at the very least respect your customers. Shame on you Walgreens!!!

Pharmacy is rude-poor technology-out of medications—require customer to call despite doctor prescribing—full of excuses.

Only did 1 star because you cant do 0. The automative system is complete BS! Just pay a little more and have real people answer the phone. I will no longer be using Walgreens or CVS. I highly suggest avoiding them.

This is pertaining to 3490 Bird Rd, Miami. FL. Customer service has gone downhill rapidly. The other evening I could not find anyone that understood English to help me locate an item. The only English speaking staff member was too busy smoking a cigarette outside to help me. The manager. This is not the first time it has been impossible to find English speaking people. I've stopped shopping at Walgreens and now shop at CVS.

Walgreens pharmacy on Lincoln and pico in CA 90404 is the absolute worst, their people are rude, I’ve been sitting here waiting for a prescription for a broken arm for 4 days while they ignore me, they never pick up the phone , what do I have to do to get my prescription, I’m going to cvs, my neighbors go there and is very happy, it’s just awful

Your Artificial intelligent system for meds doesn't work and either do the staff at Walgreens I actually call to ch e ck for hands on meds with a staff member they assure me it's ready I go 20 miles to puck up and they are not or completely out of that med. And in 5 yo 10 min later after have left pissed off they call me and say oh its ready.. make me think they are playing some sort of mental game .. its wrong bad service the pharmacy staff needs to be put in order..
