DMITRO horrible employee manager. I spoke to Harry he promised no problem we can print it up if there's a problem with the QR code for a package they received for FedEx return. Sure enough there was. Harry refuses to print up rudely lies and the girl claims they have done it before. Dmitro the alleged manager more like horror show. Claims he doesn't know the policy to me asks the two mentioned above they claim they used to do it then he refuses to do it acts rude to me claims he knows the policy all along but yet he didn't know it clearly lies to me. He also refuse to give me his name claimed he was the manager then he wasn't the manager. Never ending lies and nonsense. Is very rude. Unprofessional and a someone I wouldn't put in the stock room. The scariest part is they have this person running the store. Unbelievable horror. With CVS, and many other online and retailers. Who would ever go to this store with this derelict who clearly lied to me misspoke and was the worst alleged manager I have ever met in many decades on Earth.

This store at 610 west Yakima avenue in Yakima Washington is more concerned about closing down than anything open till 9 but can’t get in at 8:50 to pick up
A prescription that I’ve been waiting for for a week I can’t stand lazy people who are more concerned about putting in the time and not doing the work I will be transferring my prescription out of Walgreens and never coming back they don’t care about your health and I don’t want to contribute to the paychecks of the most undeserving people screw this place

This will be my third trip to pick up the meds that I received a text from Walgreens saying they were ready. I also checked online on their website to verify that they were ready and it said ready for pick up. This is ridiculous!

Walgreens sells scam gift cards called goplaygolf. I got one and they charged me the 50 dollars and the card had a zero balance. I did some digging on the gift card at the bbb website and see it's a scam. Walgreens nor the gift card will issue a refund. If you sell something you should back it up. The worst part is when I called the manager she said she would pull them off the shelves right then. The next day they were still selling them. This is the lapeer location.

Incompetent and Unprofessional
My husband and I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for a couple of years now. We had been using store 9981 located at 101 Prominence Point Pkwy, Canton, GA. Within the last 6 to 8 months, we started having issues with them. I have asked many times (for at least a year now) to have all of my medicines synchronized. Still hasn't happened. My husband's doctor's office submits all of my husband's prescriptions directly to the store all at the same time. For some unknown reason, the date keeps getting pushed back on his pain meds. If the prescriptions are being sent all at once and he asks to pick them up all at once, why does the date keep getting pushed back? Today was not a good day for us and yes, I got upset. I had been getting reminders that I had a prescription to pick up last week (received a text on June 12). I called a doctor's office on June 14 for a prescription refill (this isn't filled on a regular basis). I knew I had one ready so I was planning to pick them both up at the same time. That doctor's office didn't send in the new prescription right away. I got a message on 6/19 that they were both ready for pick up. My husband went to pick up both our prescriptions and when he got there, he was told for his prescriptions, only one was ready and the others wouldn't be ready until 6/25. Of course, he was upset and voiced his frustration (mind you, today was his first radiation appointment). They gave my husband one of my prescriptions but he wasn't aware that I had two ready. When he got home, he handed my bag to me and I only had one. So, of course, I called and told them I had only received one. I was told they shelved it because it had been sitting for 12 days. If my memory serves correctly, even if you count the day of the 12th, until today, 6/19, that doesn't add up to 12 days. So yes, I was upset. I brought up the fact that I'm still trying to get my meds synced and it hasn't happened. Well, Miss Heather (the name she told me) said she was the operations manager and she said "everytime" we come, we're complaining and being verbally abusive and we could get our meds somewhere else. I asked if I can still get the med they reshelved and she said "Nope!" I am completely out of that medication now. They won't fill the remainder of my husband's meds either and since he's on social security, I have to call the doctor's office and have them electronically sent elsewhere. I admit we are both very frustrated today and yes, we lost our cool. I CAN say that I have only gotten upset with them and lost my cool on 3 occasions. And I can also say that not one time did we curse anyone out. That's in 2 years and one of the reasons for one of the times was when I was given someone else's medication (coming up below). I work full time, have a very demanding and stressful job, my husband just started radiation for his cancer treatments today and my 88 year old mother's health is failing in another state. Am I stressed? Yes! Is he stressed? Yes! And to have to keep asking the same questions trying to get meds synced and getting the run around has been exhausting. They have mis-filled my husband's prescriptions in the past. He is in constant pain from a surgery that a podiatrist messed up (don't get me started with that). A few months ago (from this same location), I was given someone else's medication. Same last name but different first name, address, phone number, etc. I was not asked to verify that information. I was asked for my name only. When I came home with my meds, it was supposed to be a steroid pack because I had a non-stop sinus infection. It's a good thing I looked at the bottle and went to read the directions because my doctor's office said I should read those carefully. They didn't make sense, so I looked at the medicine and it was wrong! Then I checked the name and it wasn't mine! I did call and report this to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy (this happened earlier this year). I also called Walgreen's Corporate and the lady I spoke with was surprised that they refused to fill my prescription (for the last time). Yes, I'm transferring pharmacies. Walgreen's is as bad, if not worse, than CVS and that's not saying much. Mind you, yes, we were wrong to lose our cool. Even though our voices raised, we did not call them names or curse at them. I'm not condoning my behavior at all. No one would be getting upset if they did the job they are being paid to do. Sorry for my rant but this store needs to have a redo with their employees.

Addiction is hard enough. Walgreens makes it harder.
Unfortunately, as an addict, we are very impulsive and Walgreen doesn’t care about addicts. They are more worried about big money, making items that they sell in their pharmacy. I have waited three days for my prescription of Suboxone to be filled over a simple mistake by my doctor. They didn’t call me or my doctor to get it fixed since it’s not enough money for them, thank goodness this is not my first rodeo and I had put some back in case I had run into any problem. This could have caused a relapse to someone starting to clean up and better their situation. I transferred my prescriptions, and they were filled the day that Walgreens would not fill them. Sorry guys but if you were trying to be a better person and act well with society again, this is not the pharmacy you should choose. Yes I was getting them cheaper at Walgreens but I don’t care to pay more if I’m gonna have to not run my gas out for three days finding out why I can’t get them when all it took was a phone call to my doctor and I’m treated like somebody from my other pharmacy they are happy to help me.

I worked at a Walgreens in northern New York. It was poorly managed, with an incompetent, unqualified store manager, and an unethical district manager. Our pharmacist was psychotic and I reported her for multiple illegal acts. They were swept under the rug. The store was generally filthy, and my co-workers were lazy. Staffing levels in the pharmacy were always dangerously low, to the point of unsafe operation.

Walgreen's Faulty Automatic System
The day prior to my visit to my local Walgreen's, I contacted the automated service to refill a prescription. The automated system told me I could pick up the prescription after 11:00 AM the next day. The next day at 11:30 AM I went to the Walgreen's pharmacy to pick up the filled prescription. I was told by a clerk in the pharmacy that no order had been placed. I explained that indeed I had placed the order. He asked me, "Did you do it through the automated service?" I said yes. He said that there was a glitch in the automated service that had existed for years. FOR YEARS?? REALLY?? I had made a special trip to the store for this prescription. Now I was told that their automated system does not work properly. And furthermore, that the problem had existed for years.
