Lapeer main street walgreens is Very slow with absolutely no concern about customer time. Drive theu line wraps around building. Took 40 minutes to be given 2 pills of 180 ordered. Told it would be ready by 10:30 the next day. Now they are waiting for truck tomorrow.Rude, and 80% of the time don't have medication on site. If you rely on medications, Lapeer Walgreens IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE!

Cada vez que mi mamá necesita repetición de los medicamentos tiene que esperar por mi o mis hijos para pedir medicamentos o llevarla a la farmacia,es una persona de edad avanzada y no entiende de la tecnología que ustedes tienen para pedirlos, optaré por comprarlos en Walmart porque es más fácil que ella ordenarlos, creo que como ella habrán más personas que no entienden ese sistema.

Walgreens on Grove Dr N. 55311. I have filled out reviews complaining about how disgusting the store can be. Today is hot and humid and it feels like there’s no air-conditioning on at all. I feel sorry for the staff. At the entry is a black carpet where at least 3 x 2‘ has been completely worn away so it’s a tan color of the backing showing. This carpet smells like fungus and mold. It is very dirty. It needs to be replaced. There’s days when it makes the whole store stink like today. I couldn’t shop. I felt as if whatever was in the air in that store was causing me an allergic reaction. Stuffy, stinky. This is a pharmacy where the environment is supposed to be clean and customers with various medical conditions can breath freely. Disgusting. I give it two stars because the senior lady that is the cashier is very pleasant. I try to avoid this Walgreens, but sometimes it’s the one that I need to shop. I’ve had reason to be around this area for several years now and this Walgreens has never improved in cleanliness, including odors. It’s almost 90° outside. Turn on the air conditioning!

Well it would be helpful if they actually filled the prescriptions. They called me over a month ago to set-up all my meds to be filled the same day. They didn't fill them at all. I go today and get them filled. They said they had them all filled. I asked are you sure. I get home and one is missing. Now it isn't even showing that it was filled. It showed it earlier. I went back to get it and the store closed 15 minutes early. WTH?I wish I could have shut my store 15 minutes early. That is ridiculous. Be open until closing like you advertise.

The nearest Walgreens is about one block away from my house, but I stopped going there months ago due to the staff's rudeness and the exorbitant pricing. It was a terrible place to shop. About three months ago I had no other choice but to go there because it stayed open late. I walked in and noticed a tall, athletic looking young man at the checkout register. He introduced himself to me as the new store manager. That alone shocked me because the previous manager never spike or looked at the customer. As I made my way through the store, I noticed that the prices were not only lower, but extremely reasonable. I passed two other members of the staff who were obviously new hires as well. They did something that surprised me....They spoke, asked me how I was doing, land THANKED ME FOR SHOPPING at Walgreens! I have begun shopping at Walgreens again. After all, I have been a Walgreens customer since 1970!!! It feels like home again! All thanks to the new management and team members of the NEW Walgreens located at the corner of Philadelphia and Salem Avenues in Dayton,Ohio

Rude RT 66 Flagstaff Phone (female) person. Has negative attitude toward customers. Talks back in a forceful way and remains unhelpful. Seems to be "put out" when you ask to have your refill refilled when you are in the vicinity of the store. Gives out false information about which refills are ready to be picked up.
