The employees at Walgreens greeted me with a smile and stated welcome to Walgreens. I got really fast service with getting my prescription filled I got alot of things on sale for my family and I. When checking out the employee was so pleasant and smiling. I felt so comfortable while shopping at Walgreens. Thanks

Was told Wednesday pick up prescription Friday got a text go to pick it up today then the rocket scientist said they will have to get doctors prescription, well now it’s a holiday weekend and no doctor no way to set appointment for Monday, I’m fully disabled so I’m going to have to go Monday and sit until the doctor can see me hopefully, if I would have known this Wednesday before he left for the holiday weekend I would’ve gone and got the prescription written, but due to the incompetent workers that work for Walgreens, I can’t do anything about this, unreal how they treat disability patients with such horrible care

My clipped coupon did not come off at the register the manager sees i have it clipped,but said oh well like nothing he could do????? Hummmmm..... This is not the first time I have had issues,I just tell them I don't want the items since this is dishonest to me. Really??? Why do customers have to worry if coupons come off or not?? Bring back the PAPER COUPONS!! We all want them!!!!!!! I will use up my rewards then washing my hands of this store for good

The Walgreens in Madison Heights Mi located at 26800 John R steals fed ex packages, I dropped my package off with $500 worth of clothes after 8 days of not hearing anything I tracked the package and the bar code could not be read right Macys is not going to provide a bad bar code for returns, I come to find out that the package is in fed ex warehouse in Oak Park, MI and I cannot pick it up because it is a warehouse for loss packages or ones that cannot be delivered. I am making a police report and I am going to see the Manager. Do Not take your packages here, who would believe that this is a Hood store, maybe it is the employees and not the neighborhood.

just a follow up to my review from July 1. Today, July 2 I saw my therapist and talked to the psychiatrist. they were so nice and concerned and a new script was called into a different pharmacy for clonazepam Both agree that my side this joe or someone pharmacist at Walgreens Noland Road in independence Missouri was unreasonable and was abusing his privilege given to him. I have been in this country long enough.. This was not my first time, but it certainly was the worst. I can see racism and I am a smart man with a disease not paranoid. of course, I am sure this tall pharmacist joe or somebody or Walgreens will make attempts to justify or explain his racist actions. The usual protocol is to quote policy and procedure I know let us see. bottom line all is well now. I really do not care what Walgreens does with this guy. If they are responsible they will do something because I could fight back but many cannot and would not be especially the elderly and get forgotten that is wrong in so many ways. we already have a rough society, and it is because of racists like this guy that the entire world is burning.. It was clearly a matter of showing off his power to satisfy his ego and he saw the opportunity in a person of foreign origin. I hope Walgreens management would not let him get away with this.. Of course, he will tell a different story to what they all do. as I said I do not care because my issue got resolved I should care and two days later I will more as he is hurting people and should be stopped

I use the Walgreens in Whitehall, MI. The pharmacy is great. Always polite and great customer service. The store overall is very good. Any time I've been in the store it is always clean including the restroom.

As we can see from the other reviews, Walgreens continues have organizational issues. BUT, one thing they are getting right is their same day delivery service. Have used this service 3 times recently. OUTSTANDING. Today it is 103 on a Sunday. I ordered 5 items at 1:45pm and a Door Dash driver delivered it to us at 3:00. No charge for delivery but I always tip the driver. CVS same day delivery is a website nightmare. I always select no substitution. My store is the Herndon Fowler in Clovis Ca.
