My doctor made a mistake and sent my prescription to Walgreens and I do not do business with them BECAUSE THEY'RE IGNORANT. I called CVS to ask for any prescription that can be transferred to be transferred to CVS. CVS suck too because when you call them you have to leave a message and wait. And after requesting for the prescription to be transferred he never called back to let me know if it was done or not. So I called Walgreens at 1445 W. Craig road in North Las Vegas, NV and after the long wait time someone answered around 740 PM on 08/20/2025 a lady answered. I asked if CVS contacted them and requested for a transfer. She verified my account. She said, did you ask them to do it? I said yes so did they call. She said, when did you ask them to call, I said yesterday, did they call. She said what would be the time they would have called. I SAID DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID THEEEEEY CALLLLLLL? She said, what was it that they would have had transferred. I SAID YOU HAD ONE EASY QUESTION! That you have made very difficult. She said, what's that? I SAID, DID THEY CALLLLLL!!!!!! And then she said, they only called and transferred ******. SO THEY DID ***************** CALL. I can't deal with people and the ignorance anymore. I am not going to deal with it at all. I have filed a complaint and now I will file a complaint with BBB. When I asked if she were the pharmacist, she put me on hold and back in queue. This means NO! The pharmacist wouldn't be THIS IGNORANT. I was basically disconnected at 7:46 pm since no one came back to the phone. She put me in queue so the phone could start ringing again. I didn't wait. I disconnected and called Customer Service and gave my store feedback. NO PATIENT should ever get the RUNAROUND when they call. That PUSHBACK was unnecessary and a waste of my time. Just so she could eventually say, yes! COULDN'T SHE HAVE SAID THAT IN THE BEGINNING? This is what I CALL IGNORANCE. This is Exactly WHY I CANNOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS EXTREMELY MESSY COMPANY WHO HIRES SMOKERS INSTEAD OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS.

Keidrick Owens 2:32 PM (5 minutes ago) to me I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the pharmacy at this location. This is the second time I’ve driven an hour to pick up my medication, only to find the pharmacy closed with no pharmacist on duty — despite receiving a message that it was ready for pickup. There was no notification, no signage, and no courtesy update. This is unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely access to their prescriptions. I’m transferring my medication to my local CVS and will be sharing my experience with others. The lack of reliability and communication at this pharmacy is unprofessional and harmful.

Just had a horrible experience at Walgreens. Got a notification 10 minutes before my son’s EpiPen was supposed to be ready. It would not be ready and I do not know when it would be ready. I called and asked how this happened and for them to take some responsibility and recourse. The pharmacist who Walgreens refuses to tell me who they are refused to fill my son’s EpiPen, and also started pretending like I was saying horrible things on the other end of the phone to her. I went to speak to the manager, Paul about her behavior, and Paul is not even the manager. He would not tell me who the pharmacist is and when I tried to take a picture of his name tag so that I could have his information he forced me out of the store. Walgreens corporate is taking care of it and has let me know what her name is it is Malwina Sarnas.

I ordered online and was supposed to get 20% off. When I did the math, the system only gave me 19%. I let it go because it was less than a dollar. Then it was supposed to be free shipping but the system charged me a fee because it said my order was more than the allowable weight. Then they overcharged me when the system figured out the taxes. I even allowed for taxing the shipping but it was still too much. Then when they shipped, they left out one item. The shipping notification informed me of the missing item but the confirmation still showed the original total even though they knew there was an item missing. When I called customer service, they told me the new total, but it was wrong. Not only did they not give me the amount I paid for the item, including reducing the taxes by the correct amount, but they did not reduce the shipping amount which went by weight. They also said I would not be getting an updated confirmation with the correct total and I'd have to wait up to 10 days to have the original amount removed from my credit card and replaced with the new total. The guy who helped me slurred his speech and sounded like he was asleep or on drugs. He was not nice and did not seem to be able to handle going over the math with me. To add insult to injury, when I went into my account to place an order, it said I had approx. $2.50 in reward dollars, but when I was ready to check out, it said I had zero dollars, so I couldn't use the reward dollars. One more thing. They want to substitute your order with inferior merchandise. So if you order, DO NOT let them substitute the items. They give you something of less value and less quality. It happened to me previously. You have to UNCHECK the box allowing for substitutions. If you don't uncheck it, they substitute the item with something you won't want. So make sure to uncheck the box that allows substitutions. Also make sure the field asking you again for substitutions is "off." It is very confusing, and this is done purposely. I order online a lot and Walgreens is probably the worst I have dealt with in terms of dishonesty. With already high prices, I have now lost several more dollars from this order. I ordered before with them and it's worse now. Other times I ordered paper towels or toilet paper and the packages were ripped. If I have to return the items what's the point of ordering online. So save yourself a headache and never order online from Walgreens.

I called to get a refill on meds that I thought I miss placed the worker assisted n giving me a supply to last til my nxt refill I thanked her so much 4 helping me n she slamed the phone n my face so after dialysis I went in asked 4 her which she identified herself I asked her do she kno how 2 answer the phone she responded by saying we wur busy I said idc it only takesv2sec to say ty ion care how busy u r bc we pay your salary bc if we ddnt walk thru these doors u wldnt get paid this is tge 2nd time 4 their rudeness she nvr apologized like she's entitled very unprofessional and doesn't value her job no reason to treat ppl like that bc they having a bad freaking day no customer service skills I will not longer use that. The app for my medications that my doctor sent to a particular was ready for pickup. That same day about 3 or 4 hours max I proceeded to go down to the walgreens still said my perscription was ready to be picked up as I went to the drive thru gave the employee my name she went after she checked her computer of the I believe they call it a schedule 1 controlled substance she went as they usually do to get this medication she came back to the drivethru window empty handed and stated that they do not have the medication. I stated to her that the app said it was ready for pickup and did the spanish speaking give it to one of her friends or relatives she looked at me said the app is Not always correct and walked away from me at the drive thru window. I called back to this location and got into an arguement with this one of the supposit head pharmasist she stated I need to go elsewhere for this medication and my other meds plus records of my vacinations and meds were all deleated from my signin website were totally deleated from and would not let me retrieve any including this medication no longer exsisted with walgreens and all my important medication list of about 15 to 20 medications and vacinations was totally deleted from walgreens on main street in Apopka, Florida and I nolonger had access to any of my medication and vacination history from walgreens and to top things off this so called spanish head pharamist has the nerve to speak with surounding pharamacies near this cvs in Apopka on main street and basically blackballed me and my name to other pharamacies near this location. Personally I feel that this location should close for all the garbage that are hanging out this location and are panhandleing outside that location for I managed locations and if you keep an employee like this so called head pharamist and keep this wallgreens open and a problem head pharamisist there and employed you will continue having this problem of panhandleing that I would never go to walk in this location after dark you can transfer the good employees either at the Rocksprings road or at the walgreens on the corner of wekiva springs and state route 436 and only transferr the good employees not the head pharamist that gives or sells a 65 yr. Old plus perscription to another friend of hers do not keep liars and dishonest employees at a location for this gives walgreens in Apopka, Florida a bad name and it brings our city down having panhandlers and bad people invite bad people for I have viewed and lived in this area for 30 plus years.

Walgreens trampled on a pharmacy of the future — Pharmaca — an integrative apothecary of tremendous goodness and innovation. They metaphorically ransacked it, eating it up with their grubby hands of cold, mechanical, hard capitalism. One of the real places of healing in our country is gone. Shame on this disgusting company and the people who run it who just continue to lend credence to the fact that most of the people who lead the American healthcare systems don’t give a flying f*** about patient health but rather are thoroughly invested in capitalizing on their suffering.

Recently, I transferred my prescriptions from Walmart to Walgreens. This was because Walgreens offered the option for drive-thru or mailing. Walmart doesn't. On Walgreens website, it says I can add my insurance and transfer my prescriptions all online. First, I entered my correct insurance information and it wouldn't accept the information. Next, I tried entering the prescription numbers, which it allowed me to enter. It then wanted payment information and I tried entering my correct insurance information. It wouldn't accept it, again. I previously used Walgreens so I know they accept my insurance. They had this and all the rest of my information and nothing had changed. I still was unsuccessful in transferring my prescriptions online. I then called their online inquiries number, 1-877-250-5823, and it continued to ring each time I called with no one answering, not even a recording. I then emailed customer service who responded that I would have to contact the local store to provide all the information that their website had told me I could do online. After contacting the pharmacist, who was polite and helpful, the transfer was quick. Not the refilling of the prescriptions! I know all my prescriptions that I had requested to be refilled had refills and could be refilled by a certain date because Walmart had previously gave me the date. I went online to the chat option and it said my prescriptions had been refilled on 7/31/2025. When I called the pharmacy today, 8/4/2025 to confirm, this turned out not to be true. I ended up having to request my prescriptions again but over the phone this time. I had always considered Walgreens to be administered by professionals and never expected this type of experience. There's no doubt Walgreens website and customer service needs improvement.
