For YEARS this company has been rude inside of the store and incompetent online. Sometimes they give the wrong prescription and other times are just completely out of stock, for typical items. Just recently, I received a text suggesting I renew prescriptions. Then I was texted that the order was ready for pick up, THREE DAYS LATER? Within a day, that order was cancelled. No answer as to why. Of course, a few days later, the process begins, all over again! Twice, my prescriptions have been cancelled and Walgreens claims my health care provider was responsible. It was NEVER the case! I'm totally over it!

Always, every single month, they are constantly and consistently are out of stock and often, I'll have to go several days without medications that are not suppose to be stopped. You'd think they would be held liable for any ill affect that a patient may suffer from doing without. I have went through many different pharmacies and never have had issues like I do with Walgreens. Bigger is not better and if it wasn't for the fact it's the closest (20+ miles), I'd go somewhere else. If they can't get with the program, then shut the pharmacy side down.

- Walgreen's website for Pharmacy is terrible. Almost never operates on weekends. - Text Alerts to pick up and RX - is often in error and not ready at time posted in the email alert. The RX counter service people are getting worse and worse as the weeks go by at the Kings Hwy Walgreens pharmacy in Port Charlotte, FL.

Walgreens in Pinellas Park Fl is very unreliable! Twice they shorted me on my meds. This time it was my BP medicine. I get 45 pills a month. They gave me 14! And said they did that to save me a trip! WHAT??? YES! That's what they told me! For some reason they are trying to make me get all my meds filled at one time. Well I can't afford that, nor have I ever did that before, anywhere! They are rude, the help and the pharmacist! I drive truck over the road. I'm gone for 2 weeks or more. So when I say I need my meds....I need my meds! It's not up to them when I have my meds filled! I order them when I need them! DO NOT PUT YOUR LIFE IN THEIR HANDS! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR OLD AND DONT DRIVE. BECAUSE WHAT IF YOU CANT FIND A RUDE WHEN YOUR ALMOST OUT OF YOUR MEDS? THEY KEPT ME ON GOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES! NOW I BEEN IN THE STORE WHEN THEY ARE BUSY. THEY SEEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN IM WAITING FOR A SCRIPT TO BE REFILLED! THEY ARE LIARS, AND MAKE UP THE STUPIDEST EXCUSES! DONT DEPEND ON THIS STORE.....EVER! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! JB PINELLAS PARK FL

UNACCEPTABLE to deny someone a covid test because they’re early or a late for their appointment. I wait 20 minutes in line sometimes and 30 min for Dr. appts. In the time the Pharm tech took to argue her point with me, I could’ve swabbed and handed it back 10 times. Ridiculous!!

I ordered over $100 of stuff on line. I got a text saying package had been delivered. I’d been working right in front of my front porch - no delivery had been made. I called immediately and Walgreens agent #1 said I would be getting courtesy replacement and I would see he confirmation email. by the end of the day . Walgreens broke that promise, so I called again next morning. Agent #2 said I had to give it 24 hours after the time Walgreens said the delivery had been made to see if package showed up. Apparently, it must be common that Walgreens lies about the time of completed deliveries and actually delivers up to 24 hours later. Since delivery had supposedly been made at 1pm agent #2 told me I had to wait until 1pm to call back. I called at 2 pm, and agent #3 said agent #2 had been lying when she said someone could help me after 1pm. Agent #3 said I had to wait until after 8 pm to call back and assured me help was available 24/7. I called back at 9 pm and agent #4 told me no one was available to help because they’d all gone home for the day and to call back tomorrow. End result is that Walgreens stole my $100+ and has given me nothing but run-arounds in return. Don’t order anything on line from Walgreens.

The wall greens on 63rd st in Downers grove Il. The rudest most unpleasant people. Every time I would come in to pick up my prescription some would always on back order. Tried numerous times to refill prescriptions on the automated line only to find out that they didn't get them. Moving to CVS ASAP. How could so many bad reviews go unanswered.

Walgreens at 15th and Lewis, Tulsa, OK is worst ever - incompetent and horrible service. We are moving all of our family's prescriptions to CVS.
