Made a 1:45pm appt for Covid booster online at 7755 N DURANGO DR, LAS VEGAS, NV 89131. I work and this was during my hour lunch. I arrived at the store about 10 minutes early. There was a line of people just to check in. While there seemed to be plenty of staff, only one person, who was scattered/distracted checking people in. You then were given a form to fill out, why couldn't this be done online? and then wait to actually get the shot. After waiting in line until 2:05 to check in, I gave my covid card to miss scatterbrain who then proceeded to pretty much ignore me and start discussing the weekend shift schedules with 5 other pharmacy employees. Yes 5 I counted them. All standing around crabbing about their schedules. I hadn't even gotten signed in yet let and would still have to wait to get the shot and the guy giving the shots was one of the five standing around complaining with the others. I requested my covid card back and left. Worst customer service ever. I am sorry I even went here. Won't make that mistake again. I have zero confidence that your severely distracted employees wouldn't screw up and give the wrong shot.

I've been using the Walgreens pharmacy in Sparks, NV since April of this year. I don't have the room, or the time to list all the negatives things I have to say about them. First and foremost, however, is how they are so uncaring, lazy and disorganized they are. I take a $15,000.00 a month chemo pill that's sent to them on my behalf and it goes directly to the pharmacist there...so far they have misplaced it twice (last time it was found just tossed behind one of their computers after a I had been waiting for a week and never entered into their computer and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it again and tried to tell me it never arrived). Not only is this an expensive drug, it's critical for me to take it on a consistent basis...hasn't happened yet. They need to be reported somehow.

Walgreens my acct spoke with Tamika she was very rude.

The Walgreens Pharmacy at Flamingo and Buffalo, Las Vegas has the rudest people working behind the counter. I stopped using this pharmacy years ago for this reason and recently went back to them. BIG mistake. Customer service is everything to me. Now I dont ever want to go back to Walgreens period. I'd rather go the extra mile to Target and get Great customer service.

The Walgreens I deal with is terrible at the drive thru and counter. You spent at least 45 minutes on the line , most of the staff dosnt know what there doing and run around like rousters without a head, I dispisr having to go there for my medicine. If you call them no one ever answers the line. Seriously Walgreens get it together my time is valuable.

Walgreen is sucks.. they want ur business.. but they don’t have enough people to work.. everytime I come to Walgreens just disappointment..stop advertising it’s useless..

Tonia at the Walgreens in Burien on 148th went beyond her duties to help me today. She helped me save $10.00 😂 she really cared enough to fix my account. We need more people like her in the world she did everything in power to help me. 100% customer service!!!!!

I had an appointment to get COVID booster shot at 7:15 PM. I was not seen until 8:20, I arrived at 7:00 PM and had to stand in line to check in with folk picking up meds. It was a very long line with one person working it. The Pharmacist had people waiting for hours to get a shot and 1 long line for meds. Terrible. Go to CVS I heard the service was much better.
