I will not go to my local Walgreens anymore and not because they've done anything wrong but because of my experience with walgreens.com. they say they offer the rapid test and I spent 10 minutes while sick entering all my information which Walgreens now has only to find out my nearest rapid test available Walgreens is in a different state!!! This should have been information available before I put all my personal data on walgreens.com. that was uncalled for and I'm done with them.

Very disappointed with my experience with Walgreens on Raab Road, Normal, IL. Yesterday, I checked their website and found that I was able to get an appointment for a Booster for the Moderna vaccine. I filled out all the paperwork stating that i had received injections 1&2 and now needed the Booster. My husband filled out the same paperwork. We drove about ten miles to this store for our appointments and after standing in line were greeted by a very rude Pharmacist stating that they did not give Moderna Boosters!! I showed him my confirmation which stated I had a 9:50 appointment for a Moderna Booster and he said WE DON't give them. I asked, why did you assign me this appointment and he said the website must have a problem and he would alert someone. There was never an apology or any I'm so sorry this happened. He just continued to be rude. Hope they are not this careless when filling prescriptions!!!

The walgreens in Holland,mi on lakewood has the worst pharmacy service I have had my meds called there for awhile now and everytime I wait 3 or 4 days to get it filled I have to go down there to get it cause they don't always let you know it's ready I don't know how they stay in business someone needs to look into this issue it is unacceptable.

The store on Stassney and S. 1st is the worst. The store is dirty, the pharmacy never has their stuff together and even when they say they'll do something, like hold a prescription for you, they don't do it. I've missed many doses, sometimes for weeks, because they can't figure out how things work. They'll just put a prescription on hold rather than deal with figuring out how to get it filled. They think it doesn't matter, but for some of us, our meds are a lifeline. I moves all of my business to a competitor.

Their process for signing up for a covid test is ridiculous you fill out all this information then at the end it tells you they will send you a confirmation email and you look over your information make everything is okay and then that confirmation email Never Comes. This happened not once not twice but three different times I don't even know why I still bother with them try to get a test done and if you don't have the confirmation email they will not test you. CVS processes to get tested is so much easier.

Their auto-renew is ridiculous. My medicine is never ready. The pharmacist thinks it is funny. They don't care. Enough said.

I waited almost two weeks for order just to be told that it is not coming and then they supposedly sent a replacement order, and that never came either so after almost a month of waiting finally get issued a refund. Another time try to order for pickup and the order was canceled an hour later for no reason whatsoever

They went on their lunch break an hour early while I was on hold. Decided to wait on hold til they came back and after 10 more minutes on hold the call randomly disconnected. Called back immediately and now there are three callers ahead of me. I've been on hold for over an hour at this point. Please pay a living wage so that you can have a decent amount of staff. Also whoever created the system with that robot voice is on my s*** list, there's no option to just talk to a pharmacist. I've learned that the quickest way to get it to connect me to one is to make weird noises at it until it gives up and says "I'll connect you to someone who can help" Edit: Got disconnected again and when I called back it said they were on another lunch. Just drove down because f*** it and nope, there was no lunch at 12:30. I was on hold for two hours total. Whoever set up that phone system should have their intestines strung up on the roof as halloween decorations. My comment about paying better wages still stands, and throw in some sweet benefits too cause I'm sick of this s***.
