If I could rate negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever! So annoying and they are bullsh*t. Don’t shop here and definitely don’t call if you feel like having a good day.

Walgreens in Dayton, TN is the worst store pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to experience! Customer service is crap! They NEVER have enough people working to handle the volume. It does not matter what you do: call on the phone, 37 minute wait, put on hold 4 times & STILL NEVER spoke to a human. Drive thru? Don't bother, at least a 40 minute wait every time I have been there! I despise this company! Record profits, all while they continue to cut staff more and more! This location has been horrible for YEARS! AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! THEY SUCK!

You gave children the wrong vaccine. They have heart problems now. Will never use your pharmacy again! Not to mention you are against freedom of speech. Reviewed you on social media and now not allowed to comment. I have a feeling this company is going to continue to try and cover up what they are doing. Are you guys purposefully giving the COVID-19 vaccine in place of the flu vaccine?

My doctor called in a prescription I had been getting from Walmart for the past year and I thought I'd give Walgreens a shot. Well, I get an SMS message that my prescription was Delayed. So, I contacted them 6-days later and get told that my insurance denied the prescription. Really? I have been using it for over a year...plus, if for some reason they did, I would think the pharmacy would contact me! What is this was a medication I HAD to have each day? Great Customer Service Walgreens and Bye Bye! I will be transferring all prescriptions elsewhere!

My local Walgreens store on Broadway and 125th Street gives the worst service. I've been shorted on pills repeatedly, so much so I have to count the pills when I get home. For a longtime now, I have thought I was snubbed but figured "Oh well". This month though when I went for my flu shot confirmed it. I was bypassed repeatedly, having to wait over an hour for my shot while those who arrived after me and with much later appointments were given their vaccine. I was only given my shot upon bringing this to the attention of one of the very few nice pharmacists. To boot, there are often undesirables visiting the store. Today, the man, who had knocked many, many items off the shelves with his crutch, told the security guard he would shoot him if talked to again. The security guard, like many others in that position at this store, handled the situation well and eventually got the undesirable to leave peacefully. At least there are good security guards at this store.

My doctor called in a prescription to the Denton store on University and for 2 weeks the app said it was processing. Finally went in person and have been told FOUR TIMES that it would be ready in a day or two only to find out when I get to the store, nothing had been done. Still haven't received my prescription and we are closing in on a month. This is nonsense. If you don't want to give us service just say so and become a gas station or something.

Due to insurance requirements, I've had to use Walgreens pharmacy, and it's nearly always disappointing. I've used their text message system for refills and requests to contact my Dr, and I've also used the link they send to my email. The text message system never seems to work. Then my refill request sits, unfilled, and requests for more refills from my doctor also go unnoticed- often for days, until I call to see if it's ready yet, which it generally is not. Then my other problem happens (when it is that much closer to when I need my medicine), more often than not, when the refill request does go through, it is out of stock. I've asked about why they never have it in stock, especially considering I fill it every month & so you'd think they'd order enough for the clients who need it every month, but the only reasons I've been given have been that it's a brand name & that they fill a lot of prescriptions. Both of these problems have caused me to come close to running out of medicine on numerous occasions.

10/4/21 prescription called in by doctor's office. Still not filled on 10/11/21. 3 different people tried calling the pharmacy. Long on hold times 30 to 40 minutes just for the phone to be picked up to be placed back on hold for another 10 to 15 minutes then to be disconnected. Kept being told, sorry we're short handed will have it ready in 20 minutes. Moving all my family's prescriptions!
