Sheryl in Pharmacy very rude and nasty.

Walgreens does not honor the local mask mandate and in fact, the cashiers respond "no" when people come in and ask if masks are required. Walgreens indicates they follow the law by posting a small sign in the entry/exit area but there are plenty of customers in this pharmacy (some likely being ill) that are maskless. Thankfully, there are plenty of options of other pharmacies that do have safe practices and respect the local laws, and are less expensive as well.

Signed up for Covid booster online with Walgreens. None of the information online transferred to the except name and appt. time. Confirmation email has invalid information according to robot like pharmacist. Those in the store are wilfully not following information that exists online at Walgreens and in the confirmation email. Supposed to get flu shot, too but store not allowing what online site recommended. Terrible customer service.

Made an appointment for a flu shot at the Friendswood, TX location. Gave up after 45 minutes and still had people in front of me. I will not go back.

I recently made a trip to Las Vegas and left my medications at home by mistake. I called the Walgreens store on 385 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd. and immediately was talking to the Pharmacist (Jasmine). She was very professional and courteous. Within one minute she had my prescription looked up and said I could pick it up within 1/2 hour. I was amazed at how easy this was! Thank you Jasmine for your positive and welcoming demeanor! You're the BEST!

More than once, I have turned off the auto refill feature and I do it for a reason but they turn it back on and refill the prescription. I see it on my credit card so by then it is too late. I have checked it periodically and it is still off and when I go in after I see the charge, it is back on. No one else has access to my account so I know it has to be Walgreens. I guess I will be finding a new pharmacy. I am tired of this problem. Thank you

Set up a free flu shot. They could not do it. Nuts at 10599 n Michigan rd, Carmel, IN. I will get my shot at CVS tomorrow

Doctor called in an Rx at 10:30 this AM. I checked the app and estimated wait pickup was 11:53. I stopped by at 12:50. Two cars ahead. One pm moved to number 2. Customer in front was waiting for a covid test kit. Twenty minutes later, I'm at the window and clerk if still filling in paperwork. Another 10 min, she told me still not ready...over 3 hours later. Said they were backed up..no apology. Will be transferring my Rx's out of Walgreens on Church St in Flemington...bad customer service.
