Walgreens must have changed their app and you can't look at their weekly ad page by page anymore. It sucks can't see what's on sale easily anymore. Won't be shopping there weekly anymore.

My experience was at this Walgreens: 2920 WHITE BEAR AVE N, Maplewood, MN I made an online appointment for my Covid Booster and flu shot. I have an account so allot of the information they wanted was already there. It said it would speed up the process if I filled out the forms required, so I did. I arrived for my appointment on time and initially the woman helping me was helpful. She asked for my insurance card which I gave her and then went silent doing whatever it was she was doing with the computer. I stood there 10 minutes (yes, I timed it) while she said nothing. How about, “you can take a seat while I do whatever it is I’m doing”. She left me standing there. Then tells me that I need to fill out the paperwork IN DUPLICATE that I had already completed online and submitted. I stood in front of her for 10 minutes- if she knew I was going to have to do the forms again wouldn’t that have been the time to hand them to me?? I got snappy at that point (which isn’t something I do often) and pretty much demanded we do the damn shots so I could get to work. So my 8:30 appointment happened at 9:00 with a different pharmacy worker which worked for me!! I’d give 1 star but the guy actually giving the shots was pleasant and good at giving the shots.

I don't understand why the pharmacy at Walgreens in Pueblo Co on Hwy 50.. are the rudest people ever, they severly in need of customer service skills. Now I remember why I moved all my rx to Albertsons. If you hate your job, leave!!

Stopped running ads a week ago only have a couple deals of the week. Guess I'll have to shop elsewhere.

Long time on phone with auto agent giving info to set up a covid vaccination. Then was told there are no appointments available, goodbye.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!! There is always a hold up, they will blame your doctor, they will keep you on hold for an hour, they are the worst. I wouldn’t give them one star if possible. Switching today for good! Hope this saves you a lot of aggravation.

Horrible ordering experience!!!! I am never ordering anything from Walgreens website ever AGAIN. Customer service is THE WORST. How do you lose a package that WAS NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. Only shipping information was sent to carrier, but no package?? Super unorganized and super un helpful. Horrible online service/experience. Save yourself the headache and just wait until you can get to an actual store. Their shipping SUCKS.

Our Walgreens pharmacy is only open M-F (no S and S) and doesn't open until 10:00. I went yesterday (at 11:00 AM) to pick up 2 prescriptions. Only one was ready but the pharmacist said the other one would be ready in just a few hours. I went back this morning, waited in the drive thru' lane for a full 30 minutes, and the prescription wasn't ready. The gal working the drive thru' kept making phone calls while I sat and waited. It probably wasn't her fault as I'm guessing the store doesn't hire enough help.
