So Walgreens, you cut your pharmacy hours to 9-5, I work those same hours, can you please tell me how I am supposed to get my medicine? Please let me know, because right now I was supposed to pick my medicine up, and you were closed. Walgreens open at 8, maybe open the pharmacy then too? I can pick up on my way to work. Ypu are hurting a lot of people doing this.

I had a vaccine appointment today, with confirmation ninety minutes before my arrival. I had completed all the required forms online with an account. I am over 65 years of age. When I arrived at the Walgreens at 1118 S Memorial DR, Bixby OK, they had no record of my appointment, even after I showed them my confirmation number! They said "are you sure it is this store" and I replied yes, I do all my services here! I was nice and gave them my phone with the same confirmation number(2nd time) email and their address with date and time showing! Then they started to give me the line of quote "you were supposed to download it and bring it with you"! I then said I had filled out all the forms and gave all my insurance information online with a digital signature! They proceeded to give more excuses at which point, I just told them to cancel my appointment and left store # 6839. Why have the computer programs and follow all the instructions to a tee, when you arrive for your appointment and they have no record of same? I understand how important Walgreens has been to my parents family growing up in Chicago! I too have been loyal to Walgreens with my own family and expect better service and competence!

Walgreens on Pleasant Street in Methuen Mass. .The Pharmacy has it's head up it's ass everytime I go there.Who is running this place .They need to be fired and replaced.Dont waste your time go any where else but here.

Item marked one price scanned at a different price. Cashier could care less. I said the bin shows a different price. I don’t care what it “scans” at, it has to be at the price marked. The “legal expert high school flunky”cashier informs me “that’s only for food”. He calls the manager who scans the item snd says “yep, that’s the price. The label on the bin is wrong.” Since the price charged was just about double what was marked, I said I’d gladly take another and leave the store. The nasty manager says “if you do that and walk out the door…you know what that is, right…and you know what I’ll do, right?” No desire to de-escalate the situation. Finally I demanded a refund for the overcharge or I would call the police on HIM for extortion. I finally got a refund. Several attempts to get through to corporate level customer service (phone and email) have gone unanswered, so “the fish stinks from the head down” as they say. I’ll NEVER go into another Walgreens EVER. BTW this happened in RIDGEFIELD, CT. Go to CVS for a much better customer experience. Walgreens sucks!

So today I was searching for a hard to find medication and Walgreens said they had it I had my prescription sent to them waited all day when I went in the lady at the pharmacy told me that they only had two techs on and told me it would be ready after 7pm I called they told me they could not fill it that they did not have it I told them that I was told earlier that they had it and it was supposed to be filled very bad experience and the lady was super rude I will never get a prescription nor go back in that or any other Walgreens ever again

Walmart on Barnett Rd., Medford, OR. Do not waste your time scheduling an appointment for a vaccination on line. It does no good to schedule an appointment online. I went to Walmart 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment, and after waiting in line 20 minutes was told people in line ahead of me, who had not made an appointment would get their shots first and that it didn't matter that I had an appointment. I could wait. Very bad policy. I’m transferring my prescriptions to Walmart

Staff is rude and incompetent. Scheduled covid tests, waited in line in the drive thru as instructed and arrived 5 min early. Waited 30 min in line, only for a rude employee to say she couldn't give the test, they stopped at 4:30. Meanwhile it is 4:33. And we had been in line since 3:55! Jesse Thompson, the manager came over to say there was nothing he could do. Skip this Walgreens's. More like it, skip any Walgreens's in NOLa, they are beyond horrible.

Staff in the pharmacy were so very helpful and had great knowledge of my situation. Vasin was the sweet young man that helped me.
