I cannot believe they are closing the canaan CT location pharmacy on a Saturday. They are already closed on Sundays. They are saying no help so they cannot open pharmacy. This seems like a serious problem. I would like to know if they are offering OT? That might help.

I made an appt online for a vaccine. When I arrived for my appt they had no record of it. I showed them my email and they started the looong process. I left after a while and got a call an hour later that they were ready for me. I said “no thanks, I’ll go elsewhere.” I wish I could leave a zero. They one had one tech serving a long line of customers. I’ll never go to Walgreens again.

I went to get the covid vaccine last night and was thankful for the knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist and kind pharmacy staff in Lapeer Michigan. Even though they were short staffed, they did not rush and went over a lot of information that pertained to me and my specific medical condition. Allowing me to make a more informed decision.

Horrible experience in Walgreens Norwich CT. Went to get my 17 y.o. Vaccinated for COVID. He was refused services even thought the state is paying for the vaccine. Ins card was provided and they refused, requesting pharmacy card that we do not have. They did not try to help with anything . I was willing to pay for the vaccine but they did not allow that either. They will not let me pay for the vaccine and they did not let him get it either. What is it, you can not pay , the state is paying and you are giving me a hard time for getting it. It was hard to convince my son to get the vaccine and due to this incident he will not do it . Thanks Walgreens pharmacy staff, great job in a pandemic . I want to post this review so corporate starts feeling very proud of your services.

Horrible customer service at Walgreens at Lawrenceville Hwy, in Lilburn, GA. Pharmacist appears dangerous and insists one go to a closer Walgreens

Get a call, text, email prescription is ready for pick up November 8, 2021. Go to Air Depot and 15th location. Sat in line for 3 minutes and car in front received his prescriptions. I pull up and sign says no pharmacist on-site and no prescriptions can be picked up state law. I go again today at 6:15 pm after work and it’s closed again. I go online to see hours and says it is open until 9 pm. I call and says it closes at 6 pm. Why are we not notified during our reminder calls and texts. I need my medication and now going on day 3 to figure out how to get my medicine when I work in Midtown all day. Shipping medicine should be free of charge. Oh yeah, put that order in a d still haven’t received confirmation that medicine has been paid or shipped. Changing to Walmart or another pharmacy that will work and communicate with patient’s. This is ridiculous and as you can see I am really needing this medicine because I am a total mean person without it.
