WalgreensReviews of walgreens.com

DO NOT take your pictures to Walgreens to be printed! You will get trash time and time again! I have wasted a lot of time and money, and it never gets any better! Onward to the competition - of which there is plenty - that HAS to be better!

I live 2 blocks from the store, I came down with covid and elected to order 4 OTC items for delivery. $46.00. 3.5 hours later still processing. no text, call, no explanation. Horrible.

The employees are very friendly. Most of the time I am greeted with a warm smile and a hello. They are always so helpful in helping find things. The Pharmacy staff is also excellent. They are very knowledgeable. They are always friendly even when they are very busy.

I received a call saying they had my prescription ready. I had already picked up the prescription. I called them to advise them and they said they would correct it. It turns out they put the prescription in twice. So, I said ok, thanked them and hung up. 2 days later I get a call saying my prescription is ready. I called them them again and the technician said it was because my doctor had send it in again that day. Funny, but it was Sunday and no way had my doctor sent it in again that day. She said that they had already caught the error and that it would automatically "fall off" the refill reminder message. I said ok, thanked them, and hung up. 7 days later I get another call saying my prescription is ready. I called them and told them I already picked up the prescription 10 days ago. She said it was because my doctor had phoned in another prescription. I said there's no way that happened because I don't even see that doctor anymore. She cut me off and said, "Ok, I cancelled it and your refills have been restored to your account." I did check and this time she did what was supposed to have been done before. Why did it take me 3 phone calls to get this resolved? Why didn't they see that I had already picked up the medication? Are they haphazard with all life saving medications like this? This medication is for my Asthma. If I couldn't get it because of their incompetent ways I could end up in the emergency room. This should not be the way a pharmacy runs.

I wish I could give this negative stars. I ordered a prescription for overnight shipping 1pm the business day before, plenty of time to fill the order. The order never showed up the next day and I called the 1-800 number to ask why or where my Rx was. When I stated I paid for overnight shipping, they said "thats not how it works, sorry". I asked "so why do you offer overnight for $20 dollars more if I wont receive my Rx until three days from now?" and THEN I was berated by the female tech on the call for being rude and how I should listen to how I talk and how awful I am. I cancelled the delivery and decided to pick it up locally. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE ABHORENT JOKE. Walgreens should be absolutely ashamed.

Went to buy a toilet support bar. Online price is 27.00. But in store 75.00 with tax. Store wouldn't honor the price on its own website. Price gouging at its most despicable. Especially in this kind of tough times. Stay away

I went on Monday, 6/6/2022 to pick up a prescription from Walgreens at their drive-up window. A sign said pharmacy was closed due to illness and it advised to go to another nearby Walgreens pharmacy. I drove there and had to go into the store, no drive-through, after waiting twenty minutes only to be told that my medication was not in stock. Really poor management of both pharmacies. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to King Soopers.

Prescription submitted by 9am in the morning. I was in line at the drive through at 3pm with 10 other cars. There are two lanes being serviced. I waited 40 min only to be told your prescription is not ready. You will need to leave the line and park and wait 15 min for the pharmacist to fill and then GET BACK IN THE LINE. I said I’m not leaving the line. I will wait. They bring the pharmacist out to the window first who tells me to get out of line and wait 15 min to fill or he won’t work on the prescription! Next they bring the pharmacy manager to the window who proceeds to tell me to also get out of line and wait 15 to get back in the line or come in. Pharmacy manager tells me they have to service all the cars behind me so I can’t wait another 15 min in line for my prescription. I have my dog in the back seat. HUMMMM…..they have now forced me to leave the line and go inside or get back in the drive through line in 15 min. The lanes now have another 12 cars waiting. My prescription was given to me 30 min later….after I left the drive through line and went inside the store. I’m leaving this Walgreens nightmare store chain for good!!!! Figure it out Walgreens!!!! Your customers are being patient and you can’t figure out why your business model isn’t working!! Horrible horrible management and service!!! All about control and not customers. Bye bye Walgreens!!!
