The Walgreens at Quince Orchard Rd. in Maryland has the worst pharmacy! They are so slow, never have your prescriptions ready, and don't even bother using the drive through! You'll wait for 30+ mins for anyone to help! They don't understand the idea around a drive through. They will take care of 5 customers waiting inline-inside (while you wait in your car). I literally had to ask if it was my turn yet and they said no. SHM. I saw the last person in line walk in while I was waiting in my car!! The worst customer service ever!!!

Walgreens Naples at 951 & Immokalee. Don't bother trying to call the pharmacy. First of all, their customer avoidance system babbles on for over a minute about pharmacists lunch break before getting a chance to make a selection. If you get put on hold, and you will get put on hold, you can just hang up. They NEVER pick up. I'm on day 3 of hour long holds ending with a hangup. These people suck.

I want to acknowledge the skillful and gracious experience I had at Walgreen's at the Worth store at 111th and Ridgeland. I am a senior citizen and I was in need of help to obtain pictures from my phone. I was completely impressed and grateful to BELAL, who I found out later was the shift leader, who was extraordinarily patient, accommodating and knowledgeable as he guided me (in truth, he did most of the work) to obtain pictures from an event of yesterday that were going to mean so much to my friends. I find often people find time to review in less a positive way, but BELAL, deserves an A+, a fine representive of Walgreen's. Gratefully, Peg Schneider

They fail to send out- delivery the meds- making her run out. And then we go in to pick them up and it is still not all ready- pharmacy is closed from 1.30pm - 2pm. Liars at best. How many times should you to call to have them send out meds- should not have to double and triple check- only find out they still did not send it out. Insurances pays for it- covered for free- yet they still try and charge a fee for it. Lots of BS from South Haven, MI pharmacy.

We were out of town when my prescription was refilled. Another family member has the same prescription so I borrowed medicine from them. I called the pharmacy and they assured me they wouldn’t put my prescription back and I could pick it up when I returned. They texted me saying the same thing. When I went to get the prescription today they had put it back. Now I am short a week’s worth of medicine. They tell me there’s nothing they can do.

Walgreens in Rossville staten island, ny, is TERRIBLE! Whenever I pick up my medications, they can never find it! The store has no self checkout, lines are long. Store needs to close down, or new manager takeover!!!!

They where supposed to give my two kids COVID boosters but in stead they ran out of COVID boosters so we went we booked the appointment and came they said they where out of shots so they rescued it to 5:00 but they where still out of shots so that’s why I give it 2 stars.

Like many before, there should be “Negative” star option when it comes to the pharmacy at Hillsborough and Countryway. Walgreens you have lost a 22 year customer because of the ridiculous rhetoric from “Steve L” This pharmacist refused to give me 2 medications that have 3 refills! Let me add that I picked up those same medications from that same pharmacy a month ago. He should be prohibited to be face to face with a customer. You denied me, stage IV cancer patient! Do better Walgreens, do better.. I immediately called CVS and transferred all my prescriptions and also called my dr after hours to call in RX to CVS with ease. This was the worst experience, his poor customer service skills, his lack of ability to communicate has lost my business for good. I intend on letting everyone know of my poor experience. Not even your customer relations could provide a satisfactory resolution. You simply don’t care. Walgreens you need to know this and consider putting “Steve L” behind the scenes, he should be prohibited to be face to face customer contact.
