The Central Location process that Walgreens has implemented needs to be reversed. We live in a small town outside of Albuquerque and the local pharmacy has become absolutely awful. Can't get Rx sometimes for 3 or 4 days. We will be looking to go to the Walmart (shudder) or Smiths because of this. We spend about $600 per month on prescriptions, so a drop to them. However, there are a lot of people around here pretty disgusted with them and looking at the same action. Said something to the tech, and the response was " tell us where to send them" - didn't even seem to care. We have used Walgreens for 50 years.

I will NEVER shop at Walgreens again. I am disgusted by them allowing employees to deny selling birth control to women on religious grounds. What??? It's like saying, "Sorry, I refuse to help you NOT have a baby." Sheesh!!

I went to a Walgreens at Kill Devil Hills to fill a script and once I get home close to 2 hours away I see they only came me 12 out of 56 .They never mentioned it wasn't the full script. I call Belhaven Walgreens to get it transfered yesterday and they never do it. Today they transfer it and they only have 10 out of 44 there. So It will take 3 trips to fill one script. 9-10 times there will be a problem with some script there.

Review of the Walgreens located at Devine Street/Crosshill in Columbia, SC. After more than five years as a loyal customer, I am switching to a different pharmacy because the pharmacist here NEVER answers the phone. This has been a recurring problem, and corporate doesn’t care. When I call corporate, they offer empty apologies with no meaningful solutions.I’d give zero stars if I could.

There system auto reminder doesn't work right, tried to let customer service know they said there system is fine it's the store issue. When I or my wife gets in update on meds the auto reminder stops. If I could go to a different place I would. I refuse to buy anything from the store cause of this issue..

Please don't offer plastic bags. Let the customer decide. There's no reason for a bag for one or two items. Too much plastic! Encourage customers to bring their own bags. Please don't offer!

The product I bought was on sale and the sale sign said nothing about the sale only applying to rewards members. I ended up paying way more for the product and when I confronted the cashier about the problem, he didn’t seem to care. Terrible experience, do not recommend
