This is perhaps the worst pharmacy on earth. I had one refill available for a very important medication. They made a mistake and now my refills are gone and they don’t want to give it to me. I cannot see my doctor anytime soon so now what am I supposed to do go to the hospital. This pharmacy is horrible keep away from them. There’s so many pharmacies out there this place should be closed they were deplorable. Thank you.

I ordered an item on walgreens.com. First Walgreens sent the incorrect item. Then worse, when I returned the item to my local Walgreens store, they refused to refund my credit card or give a cash refund; they would only give me store credit. Then after I went to back to walgreens.com and wrote a review of the item to say they sent me a substitute item, they added insult to injury by not publishing the review.

Customer service doesn't exist at Walgreens. Rude and disrespectful. Pharmacy techs think they're pharmacists. I've managed stores and would've never tolerated that sort of behavior. No 3 strikes you're out. Disregard the principle of the company and you're fired.

Walgreens a typical woke company. They would not fill a prescription for ivermectin for COVID, Last I knew it was not the Pharmacist job to determine the drugs needed that is a Doctor's job. It is fine we found a reputable pharmacy to use from here on out.

I was at Walgreens pharmacy on July 6th. Breit,was the one who helped me. He was outstanding! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was kind and showed compassion. I usually have positive experiences at this Walgreens. But this time, was really fantabulous! Breit deserves a huge thank you! He deserves to be honored in some way for his attitude with me. Just me saying thank you to him, is not adequate. I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for over 30 years. Different locations, but the same outstanding service!! God bless Breit for helping me.

My walgreen pharmacy is located in Northfield Nj. We had the best pharmacist name Bobby and he was transfer to another store. What a huge loss for this Walgreens. He was knowledgable and knew everyone's name. He made a effort to know you. Not happy with the pharmacy now and am not the only one. Not sure it's worth staying. If it matters to anyone.

I have been wondering if other Walgreens’s were as bad as the one in Jefferson City, Tennessee . I have been trying to get 3 scripts filled 4 days in a row. I got text messages and emails that my scripts were ready for pick up but when I went to pick up they said it was to early. The male pharmacist told me to never come back, I believe his name is Tucker.

Walgreens on Peachtree in Brookhaven Ga. My doctor refilled my Bystolic 90 day prescription at Walgreens a year ago. I had previously been paying $115 at Rite Aid. But my doctor gave me a $15 coupon and clearly told me the 90 day prescription should only be $15 now due to a new program by Bystolic. So, a year ago my Rite Aid closed and I went to Walgreens. They told me “my insurance declined the coupon” and was going to charge me $400 for a 90 day prescription. I walked away after speaking directly to the pharmacist who said he would look into it. 2 days later the pharmacist called and said with the coupon the charge would be $209. I didn’t go pick it up. One week later I got a message from Walgreens stating I could pick it up and it was $15. I picked it up and paid the $15. One year later Walgreens called to remind me it was time for a refill and the 90 day cost was $229. So when I arrived I asked them if they had the coupon on record. They said yes but it must have expired. Lucky me for activating a new coupon before I got there. Didn’t work. So I called my insurance company. They stated that they do not honor the coupon because the coupon comes directly from Bystolic. They called Walgreens on my behalf. Walgreens called me back and said it is now $90.00 because the doctor should have called in the “generic” brand to honor the coupon. I called my doctor back and he called in the generic brand to CVS. CVS called and said the 90 day price was $50.00. Upon arrival at CVS I presented the coupon. Within 2 minutes the pharmacist keyed it in and stated the following verbatim: “Your doctor called in the generic. I’m going to change it to the brand name Bystolic so you can use the $15 coupon. From now on it will be $15 every 90 days. You can just keep this copy of the coupon for your records.” Nye! You figure out on your own what Walgreens was trying to do.
