I use the Walgreens app on my cell phone. They are so dishonest at the Lake Havasu Az store that they will fill one of the prescriptions out of the 4 my Dr. ordered so it looks like they filled them on time. These are my pain medications. When I did the trial Spinal Cord Stimulator I had to wait to see Doctor for 10 days after procedure for my refill. I had the DR hold one of them because it would have caused problems with insurance. Some of your staff has a problem with patients suffering from chronic pain! I am a Retired RN and my back was destroyed working as a hospital Nurse. I have had to use Narcotic Pain medications while jumping through hoops trying to find a procedure or something else that will work against my pain. People that don't show up Early for refills or that show up a day to a week later than they could have should not be told their meds will be ready in 30 minutes and sit there for over an hour waiting in Pain. When I asked the Clerk after waiting over an hour she was rude and said 'I TOLD YOU I WOULD LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR DRUGS ARE READY"! I am not going to put up with some uneducated Clerk treat me without the respect I deserve! I have my life and my back to my Patients! I never treated any of my patients like they were not worthy of my time and I NEVER treated them like they were a drug addict! That was not mine to judge! Just like it's not your staffs! FYI though My trial for the spinal cord Stimulator worked on my pain and I am waiting on the phone call for my appointment! I hope I don't need meds anymore and I Promise when I don't I am going to complain to corporate and NEVER use Walgreens again! The only reason I am stuck with them now is they are the only ones that has my Xtampza! Believe me I would have found another pharmacy where I am treated with respect if I could!

The staff in the pharmacy are extremely rude, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I waited almost two months for my son's medicine that he needs on daily basis. Then when I call to ask if they've gotten it yet they finally told me they can't even get that medicine there. The whole time the lady on phone was extremely rude and kept cutting me off while I was talking. I then asked to send to another pharmacy since they can't get it there, the lady said I GUESS I WILL SO U WILL BE HAPPY AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! Don't waste your time, they're very disrespectful and don't get meds most of time. Go somewhere nicer!!!!

Walgreens is horrible. There Communication with Dr’s and the same ppl they so called help. If your Dr write’s a prescription and something is wrong with it they just leave it. Also rude. Calling for a week to get one prescription right and it’s still not right. Instead of calling and asking the Dr for the corrections to be made it just says in process but it wasn’t. Been dealing with Walgreens to long. Time to move all my Meds to Walmart.

Needed a 2nd Covid booster for travel; my pharmacy had no available appointments, so I went to another Walgreens. Made an appointment online, filled out all the paperwork. Got to the store, let them know why I was there, they said they couldn't access my "paperwork". So, I filled out again. It was 15 minutes past my appt time & the PharmD RPh called me in; I ask if he was the only one that could administer the vaccine, he said no, the pharmacy techs could. I ask then why was I waiting for 15min. He then begin to demean me by saying that he waits for 30min to an hour at a doctors appointment & that he wasn't just doing vaccines all day. I felt his attitude & approach was less than professional. I will not be using that Walgreens again.

WORST Pharmacy in Stockton. They are Rude, very unprofessional, and simply have a I don't care attitude. Today I had a prescription I get every month and all they said is they don't have any and it could take 3 to 6 days to get it! I explained I need this medication and all they said is oh well!! Then they said their system was down and they are not even getting prescriptions in from the various doctors in the area. WORST Pharmacy in the area I suggest you take your business elsewhere as they have no intention of earning your business.

My 80yr old aunt got covid (vaxed and boosted). Her gp prescribed the antiviral pill. My 93yr old uncle drove several miles to Walgreens. They said she had to get it herself. He said she was sick in bed. They said they wanted her ID. He drove several more miles back home to get her ID. Same last name but wouldn't take his ID. Very poor customer service.

If I could write 0 I would. A prescription was sent in which I requested a delivery via the app. Once the prescription showed filled on the app, the delivery request disappeared. When I called the pharmacy, they said it wasn’t filled and to come pick up. 4 days later I was able to pick up and had to wait 20 minutes because it still wasn’t filled. Never sending anything to Walgreens again.

Walgreen's cross pharmacy cooperation has become nonexistent, confusing doctors, pharmacists and customers alike. Refills can now only be made at the location which received the original prescription--terrible for travelers, especially in the summer.
