Lake City, FL WALGREENS UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, UNHELPFUL, ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT. IN ONE WORD A. VERY SORRY PHARMACY THAT SHOULD NOT EXIST. WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. SOCIAL MEDIA IS THE TOOL.

At the Walgreens in Moultrie, GA this morning .The front desk clerk and store manager on duty were extremely rude and hostile.Talk to you like you are one of their children or a dog.This Walgreen has a bad reputation in Moultrie and we do not like to shop there because of the staff.

I bought some stuff online at Walgreens and my goodness!! Looks like someone angrily stepped on these things when he/she was assembling my box. I do not wish anyone to receive purchases under these conditions. At least when I contacted Walgreens, the employee gave me a $20 bonus for the inconvenience. Okay, that was nice of her, but I want to buy good stuff and receive good stuff without having to contact the company for returning. Maybe I won't shop online at Walgreens anymore...

I have been with Walgreens since 1967. Due to Staffing at the pharmacy only, rude staff on the phone. Non-empathetic customer service. I will now be taking my business elsewhere due to this experience

If i could give Walgreens a --5 stars i would. My 1 year old and i tested positive for covid. My wife went and bought a thermometer. I checked his temp it showed 103.7°. I checked it again and it showed 95.3° literally within a minute or two. So she went and got another of different brand but still from Walgreens had similar results so she went up and got 1 more thinking there is no way we could get a 3rd of different brand mess up. this one a Walgreens brand. It shows he has a 87.2° temp on the first and 64.7° on the 2nd. A minute apart. So in my book all (100%) of Walgreens merchandise is 100% garbage. I will never nor will my family ever shop there again. Not trust worthy at all............... It is very important that i know if i need to give him medicine to break his fever. But as it is now i have no clue. I guess i am going to spend more money at Walmart this time.

So rude to me and my family the think they can just fool me around one of the staff members name was kathy and she was so rude and refused to explain my question and was yelling I would give this a 0 don’t recommend this place save ur time and go to cvs much better and nicer

I went to return an item that I could not use because it was not the correct size. I had the item and the receipt. Purchase on Wednesday night. Was taken back the next day. First they act as if she could not get the receipt to work to pull up the item and then she needed the manager to do an override because of the price not only that she need to see id for me to get a refund. This is crazy to me I paid with a card just return the money back to the card. Granted I did not have my id but I would not have thought I needed to get my money returned to me even though I had the important things my item and the receipt and oh and the card that I used to pay it with. This is the dumbest policy. Other words we will take your money but you can not get a return if it doesn’t work for you. Deal with it. Sad and stupid

Was told, 3 weeks ago, Wellsburg, WV WALGREEN'S ...has been having phone issue (they don't answer)!! REALLY!!! NEVER ANSWERS, JUST RINGS AND RINGS!! You cannot even renew your prescriptions or pick something up, or ask a question on side effects...just NO ANSWER! In the past, the employees are absolutely wonderful...they are helpful.. BUT IT'S WALGREENS CORP POLICIES.. I was told that they don't have enough employees to run the store, and run the pharmacy ...this is why they don't answer! Regardless, of any reasons....my husband is severely disabled "vision impaired, with Parkersons", I need to be able to trust and count on our pharmacy! Well...we DON'T! We transferred all 14, yes 14, prescriptions to KROGER'S!! YOUR LOSS WALGREENS! JUST SAD AND HORRIBLE!!!
