I would not recommend the Walgreen pharmacy in 1312 Manchester Rd, Glastonbury, CT. I have terrible experience today. I went there to pick up a medicine for my son who has his prescription from our pedestrian yesterday, the female staff told me I need to wait 15 minutes, so I shopped in Walgreen store for 20 minutes, then went back to counter, that lady said she is quite busy, my prescription is not ready yet, she told me she will refill immediately, so I just sit in the chair next to counter where she can absolutely see I was waiting there. Then after 1 hour waiting (I think I was patient enough with understanding she is busy or I was silly kind to her which I should not be), I checked with her, she told me it was not going to be refilled today and they were going to take off from the day. This was ridiculous, that lady staff can see I was waiting there, if she can not refill for me today, should she tell me instead ignoring me? I will say that's cheating and without any responsibility. I wasted one hour without my prescription refilled. She was not respecting people's time. I will say millions of "No" to this pharmacy, it was not only terrible, but also ignore their customer. If I can give no star, I. will. But I realized I have to select one star to post my review. If you care about your time, don't go there.

I had in the past written very bad reviews due to customer service, Today Thanks to the hard work and great help I found the first CSR that is worth changing my review, She exceeded my expectations with by the way I was already expecting the worst service but for the first time I walked out of that Pharmacy very pleased thanks to Stephanie Pharmacy Technician this store being the one on 800 N. Zaragosa and North Loop, I recommend have her train what comes naturally for Her to the other team members. Thank You again Stephanie.

I am upset with Walgreens return policy and I will not purchase anything from there again until they fix there return policy. I purchased an item at Walgreens and I went to return the item they would not give return my money on my debit/credit card in which I paid they only would give me a gift card. At least could have put the money back on my card. Horrible Walgreens

I experienced the greatest customer service at the Elizabethton TN Walgreens yesterday. Noah and Renea helped me with a getting a priceless photo put on canvas. They went above and beyond their duties.

I am a long time customer of Walgreens (not sure why) and always run into issues when getting prescriptions filled due to an illness. Seems their online prescription system doesn’t receive what is sent from the doctors office and/or a terrible wait time. Yesterday I had issues picking up flu meds and today the same for my husband. We had to drive back to urgent care and get his prescription in paper because their system wasn’t working. I will be changing pharmacies for sure. Enough is enough.

I called in a refill for cancer related med on Wed and was told it was back-ordered. When my script disappeared from my Walgreens app I was told by the store manager the pharmacy closed Thursday and Friday and would reopen on Sat but they remained closed on Saturday. Had the Walgreens manager told me the truth I could have had my Oncologist rewrite the script for another store. I was told the pharmacy staff hates working for this corporation since this is an ongoing issue in store across Springfield, IL.

Walgreens lost my COVID-19 test and NEVER REPORTED my results to me. On July 22, I followed the links and requested a drive-through appointment for the COVID-19 PCR test at my local Walgreens on Joe Frank Harris Parkway in Cartersville GA, Walgreens #17686. When I arrived the pharmacy tech was unmasked and did not understand the procedure. Another tech came to help her, but there was obvious confusion. They gave me the test materials which I self-administered. All of the information in the printout for my contacts was correct. I had already received two emails confirming my testing appointment. I subsequently called two or three times trying to obtain my test results and the robots told me that test results were not available. In a third call attempt, I tried calling the store and instead reached some global customer service rep who was unable to help me. She suggested that I RETURN TO THE STORE where the test was taken and demand my results. Since I suspected I had the virus, I was unwilling to RETURN TO THE STORE. That is horrible advice. Losing my test is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

Was put on hold for 6 minutes, then picked up and hung up on me. I called back and the Pharmacist was rude and talking over me. Very poor customer service.
