Absolutely awful wait times, customer queues & service. This location (Store #04730 - Mill Creek, WA.) averages 15 minutes per car in the drive through - usually 4-5 car waiting at any given time so you do the math. The average wait time @ the pharmacy counter is 45 minutes to 1 hour. It is always blamed on staffing shortages, pandemic, excessive demand - you pick the excuse. Drug inventory shortages are becoming more prevalent due to management metrics on inventory stocking levels & associated carrying costs. The result is multiple trips to obtain a complete prescription fill. Management is aware of these issues but unable or unwilling to do anything about it as it is easier to push the inconvenience down onto the customer. Customers vote with their $'s and feet so do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this location or Walgreens as a company, they are absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!

I went to my neighborhood Walgreens Pharmacy to fill a prescription. The cashier took the prescription and told me I had to wait for validation from my insurance company, the pharmacist never called my insurance company. Thinking the cost was high I called my insurance and they had not record of Walgreens validating my prescription. My insurance pays 75% and I pay 25%! they used some online company without my permission. I was paying 50%. I called CareFirst and found this out, pharmacist only said he did not know what went on?

This is regarding the Walgreens in Plaistow Nh. I had a horrible experience with the assistant manager who is a female named Sam. I went to pay for my items and was told that I could use cash only as the machine was down. That was understandable but what wasn't was why there was no sign to let customers know. I asked to speak to the manager about this after I paid and was out of line and she proceeded to publicly humiliate me and was very sarcastic in front of a line of customers. Then as I was angrily leaving she cheerily calls out "Have a nice day!". 😡

$60 for 6 pictures absolutely shocking!!!! Old ass camera and terrible lighting produces unflattering picture. Get a self service booth already!!!

The rudest guy at the window of the pharmacy. Said they put one of my prescriptions up even though I told them when I called that I was at the beach all week. And the new prescription that the dr called in wasn’t ready yet. Then told the two prescriptions would not be ready for 4 hours. We said we didn’t live in this town (our town doesn’t have a dr or a pharmacy)so it would be hard to wait that long AND he snapped and said well cut us a break we are short handed and some called out today. Wow. Customer service much?? One of the meds is for my husband who just had a shot in his rear to relieve his hip pain he’s been having and the medication is a muscle relaxer. AND in four hours the pharmacy will be closed!! I’m so glad their are other options to get a prescription filled because after this, I’m done with Walgreens.

Worst customer service! Hiring people who have no idea what they are doing

I recently moved from Virginia to Massachusetts. I changed pharmacy from Walmart to Walgreens. The liberal phony elites obviously run this company as well. The attitude of most employees is awful. The system does not operate well. The pharmacists are rude as well. Their understaffed most of the time. The incompetence is obvious enough that I dont feel comfortable with what they dispense. My advise to all is get out of this company for your prescription needs. I did that today and fell much better.

Do not go to Walgreens for passport photos if you want to look nice. I went to the Walgreens on tidewater drive and East Bayview Avenue in Norfolk. Customer customer service was excellent but photos were horrible. Walgreens does not have up-to-date software for passport photos so they're still telling you that you have to put your hair behind your ear your hair behind your face and no smiling. What the hell? I called immigration to check on the specifics for passport photo and they told me you can wear your hair anyway you want and you can smile. I look like a tired angry woman in my photo. Very very disappointed with Walgreens. Get new software.
