Booked a flu vaccine online at the Grasso Plaza store in Saint Louis, Mo. and received a confirmation email. Arrived on time for the appointment and informed the person at the pharmacy counter I was there for the flu shot. She asked for my name and birthdate date and after checking her computer, she told me she couldn't find my appointment. Waste of time! It’s impossible to try to book a flu shot by phone because they don’t answer calls. Additionally, there was lots of trash next to the sidewalk leading to the front door. The floors in the store were littered and very dirty. Suggestions:1) hire a new store manager 2) fix your “computer glitches” 3) add a customer call back feature to avoid putting people on hold forever.

The worst pharmacy in Newton County. They will literally let you hold for hours. They will hang up on you. I went from rite-aid to Walgreens to CVS and now Kroger and been there for 2 years and no problems. Walgreens should be shut down. I have family who still use them and sometimes I have to get their meds and they're horrible.

Had an appointment to get covid booster and flu shot. Waited in line for half hour to be told it will at least half hour to an hour to get shots. What is the point in making an appointment. Dont go to Walgreens in Northfield MN. It is the worse.

called on Saturday about flu shot, was told appointment is needed for weekends but monday through friday was walk in ,went to the store on monday was told appointment is needed but the rest of the week was walk in. went back to walk in on tuesday and was told appointment is needed . system would not allow me to make appointments.

Concur with the other users. Where is zero rating? Don't use Walgreens! Save yourself privacy and wholesomeness. I found a stranger's membership got added to my online account. I called their customer service, waited and got kicked back and forth by wrong departments. Finally I talked to a "right" agent, a drunk who closed my account and talked to me in his ridicule and condescending tone. "OF COURSE" this is the customers' fault. And of course, I sold all my Walgreens stocks immediately after to thank this patronizing and superior agent and miracle Walgreens corporate culture.

They should close the pharmacy business. Short of staffs and supplies. I have been trying to refill my son's medication through the phone for a week. I called every day and held for half, an hour and 2 hours (no kidding). No one picked up the phone, then I made a trip to Walgreens. I asked how come no one answered the phone, the staff replied, "because nobody wants to work". Then I asked for the refill, the answer I got was "we don't have the medication". They told me I need to wait for 2 days for the medication. I am done with Walgreens. I called CVS, the phone was answered right away. They have my son's medication in stock. NO MORE WALGREENS.

I’m switching pharmacy after 22 years with Walgreens, I’m in louisville Kentucky an area of 1 million people and just left an immediate care center at 7:30 pm and not one Walgreens Pharmacy in open in the city, Plenty of CVS pharmacy are open. 🤷‍♂️
