If I could give negative stars I would. I have had continuously terrible experiences with the Walgreens location #02641- Walgreens on Wildcat Reserve Parkway in Highlands Ranch Colorado. The people at the pharmacy 'Chris' the manager and Cindy one of the employees at the pharmacy are consistently rude, unwilling to help or answer questions and in general extremely unpleasant. Cindy is known for yelling at customers. When I spoke with Chris the pharmacy manager about it taking over 2 days to get my prescription filled he told me they're very busy, and that I should go find another pharmacy. He had no interest in actually helping me. Prescriptions regularly take DAYS to be filled at this pharmacy. When I spoke with the Asst Manager of this Walgreens - he told me that they get multiple complaints about the pharmacy folks; Cindy and Chris in particular and that there's not much he could do. He encouraged me to take my complaint to the corporate headquarters for assistance - which I have done, but am also writing reviews in as many places as possible to get some attention to this group of awful people in the pharmacy. Why should I have to drive out of my neighborhood to get medication just because the pharmacy people are terrible.

Just backed out and left the pickup line after waiting 30 minutes for 1 car in front of us. If the scripts are not ready, ask them to come back or go inside. It’s ridiculous to make a line of cars wait. For some reason the lines for the Walgreens on Van Dyke, tampa FL are always long.

Went to Walgreens North Kingstown, R.I. Had an appointment for a COVID booster. Waited in a long prescription line...waited in wait area. Filled out paperwork. One hour later I finally get the Vaccine. This is unacceptable. They wonder why people don't get the booster.

Pulled into drive thru on Sunday morn about 10 am. No one else in line so I thought I'll be out of here in a couple of minutes. What a joke. I sat there for about 15 minutes before either of the employees would even acknowledge I was there. This happens all the time. This pharmacy has the worst customer service of any place I have ever seen. Don't even try to call or you can expect to spend at least 20 minutes on the phone. Walgreens at Zebulon, NC

I called to get my prescriptions filled. I asked for a pharmacist, but I got a technician I gave him brand name and generic. I repeated the brand name of Cymbalta three times he wanted me to spell it. I asked him to fill my Imitrex, which is a migraine medicine, but I get it in generic form. He did not know the generic form. What am I dealing with? This is medicine I was on the phone. for 20 minutes with this idiot it was the Walgreens in Utah on 2300 S. in Fort Union. Period. I was a technician for 10 years. I had to know brand name and generic. What are they teaching these technicians

Always out of medication we need or they never have it ready when it was sent in a hour before then waiting over a half hour in the drive thru.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Walgreens Pharmacy and Photo Departments are full of incompetent people!!! I’m absolutely disgusted with this place!! You had one last chance and you totally blew it!!! Plus, I had to call several times and I had to wait endlessly on the phone to even speak to someone about my problem which was not resolved in the least bit!!! Never, Never, Never will I use these guys again!! I’ll pay triple elsewhere before I come back here!!!!

First, your web based system has too many vague or missing prompts. My in store experience was terrible. I will never use Walgreens for any reason in the future. There are too many alternatives to a poorly run business and inattentive staff. I suggest others to go elsewhere. Avoid 2551 Main Street, Alhambra.
