THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW: (Location Willow Creek Road, Prescott Arizona) Two of the rudest human beings that I've ever come across in the 21 countries that I've stepped foot in and lived in over the years work in the store. I actually tried to reach the CEO Roz Brewer but she never got back to me. Twice in under 3 weeks I've walked into this building and have been treated like a piece of garbage. Even today a very calm Martha who was trying to help me ignored this nasty woman who I believe is called Catherine (or Christine) who was treating me with complete and utter disrespect. Why companies employ individuals like this I will never know. Complaints were filed to corporate and also to the district manager to which nothing has changed unfortunately.

It is crazy to have to wait an hour to drop off a new prescription. They said it would be ready in 2 1/2 hours. But Then, I had to wait with a fever For over an hour to pick it up. Hire more people! Terrible service.

Let’s forgive understaffed stores and lazy employees but allowing representatives to be rude to customers Will be the end of Walgreens

Omg, where do I begin. I just waited on hold for an hour-and-a-half for THREE callers that were supposedly ahead of me, so I just hung up after waiting that long. Also, prescriptions take several HOURS to get filled. Never used to be that way. Totally unacceptable!

Literally on the corner of HELL and FURY. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks on meds allegedly mailed, which are now lost. Pharmacy is so understaffed and obviously they can’t hire anyone with character. Rude. Lazy. Ignorant.

They're getting a 1 star only because I can't give negative stars. After 3 chances I've conceded, the Cleveland, Tx location is staffed with incompetent, unprofessional, lazy employees. I for the rest of my years will never use this company again.

Walgreens Pharmacy at Remington in Baltimore...smh...I guess their means of handling phone calls is to place you on hold and then send you back into the spin of voicemail. I'm glad I was not waiting for an important prescription...this is 4 spins through the voicemail...trash.

Corporate office fails to fix pharmacies who are literally harming people, by thier utter incompetence. Understaffed and untrained put the life of thier clients at risk.
