As a physician I’m astonishes that this pharmacy is still in business. People give them a 1 start because they can go to cero. The main reason what they are still around is because the multiple and convenient locations. Pharmacist are not motivated to help patients or doctors for that matter. Every time I’m writing a prescription for one patient always expect a complication. They do not check voice mails, pharmacist always in bad mood and helpless. Last patient need a medication to be start on a Thursday and can’t wait any longer, they gave the patient the phone numbers of other Walgreens to make the call themself but not prior to Monday. Doctors we don’t close on weekends, we don’t close hospitals, we don’t postponed emergency surgeries. We answer our answering services. We care about patients. For Walgreens are just clients. So unacceptable.

Pharmacy staff is unprofessional, unhelpful and simply ignorant. They yelled at an elderly patient who was very politely asking a question. My personal experience was just as dismal. Never have been happier since the day I switched to Park Pharmacy.

Gravois bluff Fenton Missouri claims to be out of stock on my medication and has ABSOLUTELY refusing to help me with getting it filled from another Walgreens. Unfortunately, it helps to live a comfortable, healthy life. But, obviously Walgreens doesn't look at it that way. If I could give them negative ratings I most definitely would since, they are wretched corporate greed mongers.

I was calling to see if they had a prescription available. There automated voice messaging was horrible - didn't hear me at all. Then I finally get an associate. I keep being told I would be transferred but the associates kept picking up acting super surprised. One associated picked up and was a bit helpful but couldn't really answer my question, then rang me back to pharmacy to play this game all over again. I called other places, all places were able to assist me immediately. Try to avoid at all cost.

The online website for orders is not user friendly. The window/option to change or cancel an order is non- existent. The tracking package system does not recognize my info. My package is late.....

If 0 was available that would be my review. Prescriptions not filled on time, I have been without my medication for 5 days. Finally got a text today that prescription was filled, drove 80 miles, missed afternoon of other plans only to find they closed early due to staff shortages. This is the Cardinal Lane in Howard location, and isn't the first bad experience. typically takes 2-3 visits to get prescriptions. Some patient is going to have serious medical complications with this type of service or lack thereof.

If I could give zero I would. I expect a pharmacist to actually care, help and do there job. Not one thing has been done right. The general attitude is I’m inconveniencing the pharmacist. If my insurance had other options I’d sure use them. After many years of hassles with Walgreens systems I transferred my elderly parents prescriptions now I’m stuck using their services again. I shouldn’t have to go to Walgreens 5 times to pick up two prescriptions that were ordered at the same time. Complete incompetence and terrible attitude. No customer service. Order 3 or 4 days ago still not ready and now the run around it’s 5 o’clock snd the pharmacy is closed again no prescriptions ready

The manager is really unpolite and unprofessional, she told me her time is much more important than mind, when i was ask for help she was chitty chat with another employee about a guy present on a store,they are making "consideration" about him. Her name is MELANY
