Beware if you are a vet, Walgreens pharmacy will not allow you to get a discount for prescription even if you pay cash or use something like GoodRX. I had to pay almost $150 for three prescriptions that I would have to pay only #34 with GoodRX. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I can’t believe that this company is still in business at this point, I have never seen anything like the extremely poor customer service and shopping experience in an American store in my entire lifetime and I’m sixty years old…!!! I have had better experiences at the DMV in the worst of possible situations and that’s saying a lot…!!! If you can’t run a business any better than this, you need to start over and stop annoying people with your false claims and promises of excellence in customer service!!! Terrible experience on a Sunday understaffed many Walgreens locations closed on Sunday except for this one in the Area. Waited six hours on a Sunday showed up five minutes before closing and still not ready for pick up.. this was an antibiotic I needed after going to urgent care center for an infection! People were are lined up after store hours, closing, waiting for prescriptions and told they were not ready! This was in Carol Stream Illinois

One day YOU will need sleep or pain medicine( maybe after surgery).. and your PHARMACIST will DENY it even though your DR prescribed it!!! Welcome to the modern USA!! Walgreens did this to me but honestly new laws allowed it. Patient rights are disappearing! God help us.

I am highly disappointed because I was to receive a cash reward of 7$ if i spend 25$ which i did but just because I used some of my other cash reward to pay for my purchase I didn't receive the reward Unlike CVS u can use your reward and still get rewards Can you tell me why is that Ms. Esco Thanks

I went to Walgreen at 91st Sheridan in Tulsa OK. I bought one item, then,went to register line to checkout. Since there were two cash registers open I thought I was one customer behind at that cash register, and a white lady in the other cash register was one customer behind, and this white lady cut me off, she transferred to the cash register in front of me. I told the cashier the lady cut me off, and cashier told me she did not cut me off, he said he called her to check her out first. I talked to the manager the next day and she said that this is the stores policy. If you have been waiting to checkout longer than the other customers, regardless of what line you are in, you go first.

corporate can,t even put phones back to normal at there pharmacies. tried calling in to refill meds. like i always do. temperoary closed. Went down there open. can not refill till monday . But will be closed. our doctor is out of town , person needs meds now. What a joke. Coporate crap. It is all about money. Just a bunch of lazy college educated who never had to work hard!!!
