Went through the drive through to pick up a prescription that was called in ahead of time. Waited 45 minutes because the lazy staff would prefer to let cars sit in drive through rather than tell them to come back in 30 minutes while we fill your prescription. I hope for future visits the plan on installing a gas pump while I wait. It’s been 1 hour now and still waiting. Walgreens is by far the worst managed pharmacy in Florida.

I placed an order for pickup because I was sick this was at walgreens on lincolnway goshen,IN. I normally get my items here and I didn't get a printed receipt which I usually get and the manager tells me I can't get one. So not only did I have to get out of my car and go inside the store but because of him people might get sick. Really don't understand who this manager because I hadn't seen him before but his obviously not doing his job correctly.

very messy, not organized, too many theft, shelves are a dissarray, prices don't always match merchandise on shelf, bathrooms are a mess, not enough people to help you if you have questions.

Never notified that my online pickup was ready for me to pick up. Three very common off-the-shelf items. Shoots the online statement that orders ready in as little as 30 minutes all to hell. And when I tracked down my order the clerk was like “All well, it’s our system at fault”. No apologies. It was like TS.

On 12/7/22 @ 12 pm I came into the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription I was just informed that I was positive for the flu when I walked up to the window there was a lady African American heavy set lady and there where 3 additional tech all of which was talking among each other the lady at the counter was just typing as I was standing there waiting to be service after a few moments I explained to the cashier that I had the flu and if she can please service me and that all she does is type I’m literally sitting here sweating after that she said thank you and walked away and then I asked if my husband medicine was also ready she said yes and to wait I sat down to wait and this is not the first time I have had a problem with the pharmacy my husband has had major brain surgery and has to take lots of different medications and I have been denied medication to the point I have to call Medicare to call the pharmacy to release is medicine which is his seizure meds, blood thinners and one tech even told me his medication where not due for refills and the day of your black out I had to travel far to get his blood thinner meds cause the tech told me it was not due for refill when really it was she just ran the wrong insurance as I was leaving one of the techs Jennifer approached me asking me if I had a problem and that the tech was filling script on the computer that’s why she was not serving me I told her that as a customer the customer is to be serviced first and then resume her task if you walked into a doctors office not feeling well and the receptionist was just typing and ignoring you is that fine no so a pharmacy should comply the same customers first as well me trying not to spread the flu more then needed once they knew I had the flu they should of expedited my order for the safety of the employees as well as customers the ladies I dealt with was Ashley, Arinia, Jennifer was the techs your techs needs to be retrained for customer service I am a loyal customer had have been at the pharmacy for over 10 years and this last year the pharmacy has gone down hill with customer service Thank you Loyal customer unsatisfied

Scheduled appointment to get Covid vaccine. Had to wait in line wrapped around the store with other customers some of them well into their 70’s and 80’s who were there to get prescriptions. Walgreens need to be a-shame of themselves. This IMO will deter people from getting their Covid vaccine. Going to CVS…..

Walgreens offered purchasing $30 participated gift card(s) and getting $10 Walgreens card as a bonus back to 2018 Christmas season. But bonus card has $0 balance that was NOT activated that time. I was told I need to provide receipts. I was lucky to find my receipts for activation, but the manager then told me that their store is NOT responsible for this issue due to the system problem. How can I trust such the business as they don't honor what they did?
