This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever experienced. The employees are terrible. Absolutely no customer service or support. Lots of angry people leave screaming and the pharmacist laughed at them. I could not believe what I saw. I was told my perscriptions would be ready at 6pm. At 6:30 I was asked for my personal information, then the person started serving others with no explanation. I finally got her attention 10 minutes later. She delivered my perscriptions without a word. Very rude. Someone that cares needs to do something to correct the social climate of this sick organization. Do you see the ratings. I'm going to avoid this place on Masonic, Alexandria Louisiana.

Purchased a “Tends Unit” online in an effort to relieve acute pain. Paid for the product and just prior to going to pick it up I receive an email that it’s out of stock and order is canceled. Weeks later Walgreens sends me a request to review my shopping experience purchasing this product from them. I comply and wrote an honest accurate review. Walgreens “moderated” (rejected) the review since it reflected so poorly on them. I write this here so folks can understand how much faith they should put in the reviews Walgreens advertises. If they sensor out the negative reviews the results are completely fictitious!

Nearly every time I come to Walgreens they are still filling prescriptions a full day after I request a refill or they can’t find the prescription and have to search high and low for it

Walgreens pharmacy in Macomb, Illinois has horrible customer service. Two months in a row, I needed my medicine on the day my physician prescribed it. The Pharmacist refused to fill and said it needed one more day. The next month the same thing. So, I called and complained to the head of the store and Deerfield, IL . My doctor also called to ask why they held it both times. I was treated like a drug addict at the age of 59 with a non-union femur and 3 surgeries. Sad.

I've been in line at the drive through pharmacy for over 30 minutes. This is the longest wait to date. Usually 20 plus minutes. This is total freaking horse crap. Get it together. Midway and US1 Ft. Pierce FL 34982

Rude employee at the pharmacy. I waited 40 minutes in the line to pick up my medication. When I complain to the cashier about the big line instead of giving my an apology for the wait she told me that if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. So I'm definitely taking my prescription to another pharmacy. This is how they treat the customers with a bad attitude and very rude.

I arrived for my shingrix vaccine and was told the refrigerator failed which included my vaccine. I totally understand and felt badly but the customer service that followed at that Pharmacy and another Walgreens I tried was horrible. No attempt to help me find another appointment, nastiness in their tone and words, no understanding that it sounds weird they can look at appointments to know they are booked but can't let me know of upcoming openings? Apparently stores can't see that and customers have to go online. As a routine matter I understand they can't do that, but as an exception for a person with a scheduled appointment? I'm done with Walgreens until their staff learn how to talk to customers and they remedy providing better access to the stores to their online system. I'm sticking with CVS for all my pharmacy needs.

I would love to know why after 5 weeks my meds are still not in stock. No one can give you an answer. I ran out and ended up in ER with terrible withdrawal. Thank God I am here to complain about this. No accountability at all.
